I used to order through this company and I used to love it now I'm having all kinds of problems getting my money refunded back to me because they canceled my order after they took the money out of my account and said they couldn't cover it it's been a week since the cancellation of the order they said it takes 24 to 48 hours I've had nothing but problems I call him everyday same thing that they emailed me the receipt which I never received so I finally called them and told me while I was on the phone to send me the receipt they send me half a receipt never send me confirmation of the reversal and then sent me an email with a key number and how I supposed to check that my bank is showing nothing of a reversal so they say 24 to 48 hours and it's been a whole week

WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THIEVES! This site is a joke. They sent me the wrong shoes, including color, style and size and refuse to accept any responsibility for doing so and have no plans to fix the problem. I even verified my order before it was sent (with pictures and size verification via email and they still couldn't get the order right) and I still did not receive anything close to my actual order. I can't even wear them because they are almost two sizes too small! Now they want me to pay for their return! I just want what I ordered and have already paid for in advance. They even suggested that I try to sell them to save myself the time and the cost of the return postage- I have never heard of a company suggesting something like that - this was in response to my request for a return label. Then they said that they might "compensate" me on my next order. Do they actually think that I'm dumb enough to order from them again after all of this? They have got to be kidding! They stole my money! This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. No where on their site does it say if they mess up your order that YOU have to pay return postage in order to get the actual items that you ordered and paid for. It is absurd! Why do I have to pay for their mistakes?.?. If I could have given them a no star rating that would have been too high for this low life company with no customer respect.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED!!!!!

Amazing product! Can’t tell you how much I love WFS!!!

I have purchased from this company for many years. But, I am starting to reconsider doing business with them. If they make an error, they don't take responsibility for it and try to correct the issue. I got sent a pair of boots that were advertised as black, but once I received them they were actually navy. The company's response was, that was the manufacturer's fault. No, it's your fault because when you photographed the shoe for placement on your website you could clearly see they were not black. You could then adjust the color accordingly rather than having an unhappy customer who thought she was getting a black boot but instead received the wrong color. Now, I am STUCK with a wrong color pair of boots because this company wants me to spend my own money to return it. Despite the fact that this was their error. Not happy right now!
