Was missing 2 items from my order
Was missing 2 items from my order. Called the customer service number on numerous occasions and had no luck getting through to anyone. Send an email and have yet to get a response. The items I did receive were good, unfortunately because of the items missing I won’t be using this company anymore.

Great prices/products. Crappy customer service
Great prices and products but when you reach out and email customer service you don’t get a reply. The “return/exchange” section of the site only talks about returns and not exchanges, hence why I reached out in email to customer service 9/24/2022 when we received our order 9/23/2022 and they messed up on one thing. I ordered 7 of the 8 pc hot pink dinner plates. They sent me 6 and then a pack of “take me out to the ball game” Plates that I did NOT order. I just wanna exchange for my hot pink plates like I originally ordered. Customer service has not ONCE tried to reach out to me and the “return” window is 15 days only.

I had a damage package
I had a damage package. I was missing items and some items were damaged. I followed the instructions on how to tell the company what I was missing and what was damaged. The website said response time would be within 24 hours. It’s almost been two weeks. My sons party is soon and I probably won’t get my stuff. I tried calling the customer service line and it doesn’t work.Out of service busy signal.

For starters my order was incomplete…
For starters my order was incomplete and when I try notifying them multiple times by calling them the call would never go through. I email them right away it states they get back within 24 hrs currently it's almost 48 yet haven't heard back. Greatly disappointed since I order from here to make a event theme without having to run around looking for what I needed on time yet the event is in 5 days and now we are trying to find a place where we can obtain the items that were missing

I am very unhappy with the service because it said my package was delivered. I never received my package. I tried calling none of the phone numbers a valid I sent emails I never get a response. I’m a single mother I don’t have money just to give away, so I am very displeased very displeased. .

Update: Placed a large order and a few items were missing from the delivery. Multiple attempts of contacting the company via ‘contact us’ section of website have been unanswered. Customer service seems to be non-existent. I guess i am just going to have to accept that I won’t be receiving all of the items I paid for and move on? It’s unfortunate because I am satisfied with everything else I received and the prices are good, but this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. First and last time using this company. Others clearly have had this issue as well. Avoid!!
Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. However I did not receive a few items that I ordered, I sent a message via the ‘Contact Us’ button on the site but have not received a reply. I was also disappointed in how everything in my order was just thrown into one big box - some items were bent as a result.

Order Never Shipped
I placed an order almost a month ago. I got the shipping notification, but the item has never actually shipped. I have not received my order, and attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. I will be seeking a refund and will not recommend Wholesale Party Supplies to anyone.
