After making my order I noticed I’d ordered the wrong quantity of certain items. It was a Friday past the company’s hours so I sent an email. No response. I tried to call the number they listed as their customer service to no avail. And to make matters worse, some of the items I’d ordered & needed were not included when my order came. I am now trying to get a credit through PayPal as no one has ever contacted my from this company. I would suggest you find your party supplies elsewhere with a reputable reputation so you don’t loose money.

An item was left out of my order and I have sent two separate emails requesting help or for the item left out to be sent and I have received no response.

Items I received are nice but I am missing 2 items from a 5 item set and cannot reach customer service at all. No replies to emails and the customer service number rings once and hangs up every time

Two of the items I ordered were never delivered. I emailed the customer service email on the website and never got a response. I'm just going to call It a loss and let it go. But I will not be buying from this site again.

Fast delivery of paper products for a donation.

I have emailed twice and still haven’t got a response. I’am missing one of the iteams I have order and I only have a week left.

I placed a large order of party supplies for my daughter's upcoming unicorn-themed party. everything is super cute and good quality! My only complaint is that I didn't receive one of the items I ordered. It was left out. So, now I have to contact customer support and try to get it delivered in time.

I never received the items, I have reached out to customer service multiple times with no response.

MISSING ITEMS in my order. Have sent 3 messages and called for 6 days. No response whatsoever And the phone number does not work. WILL NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Missing 1/2 of my order. No response to the email. And the phone number continues to say call failed.

I don't give them 5 stars because the tablecover color doesn't match with photo. I received blue tablecover instead of green.

I’ve tried calling and emailing numerous times. I never received my Sonic pinata and want a refund ASAP since I now don’t have it for my sons birthday. The customer service line doesn’t even ring and no one answers the emails. Terrible experience.

There is a problem with my order. The phone number on your website is not working. It rings but when it connects someone hangs up. I have had no response to the form I filled out. This is poor service.

All of the plastic containers I ordered came broken and I sent a message twice to customer support for replacement and still have not received a response. I need these for an upcoming party so I’m very disappointment that there has been no reply.
