We sell one product: unheated multi-flora honey from the Shivalik range of the Himalayas, in a 350g hexagonal glass jar. Our beekeepers at Himalaya Apiaries take the combs without destroying the colony, and we settle the honey by gravity below 35°C. No boiling, no ultra-filtration, and no cane or rice syrup blended in. That is the entire process, and it has a consequence worth knowing before you order: a jar may stay liquid or it may turn cloudy and solid as the glucose crystallizes. Both are normal. Appearance on its own does not prove how honey was made. If you want it runny again,stand the closed jar in warm water below 40°C. Wholly Forest ships to serviceable PIN codes across India.
