Quick response and prompt delivery to me here in Switzerland.
I’ve yet to give the product a thorough road test - but so far I’m very pleased with it.

The balm and I didn't quite marry up to be a perfect match, but the customer service from the team has been outstanding no less. Replies to my emails in less than 1 working day, and so I'd be confident ordering from them even if on the fence.

Best product I’ve used for relief! The balm definitely sped up my recovery, helped relieve pain, and had no lingering scents like some other products.

I have looked for many years for a balm to help my achy bits after I have been running. The Relief Balm is the answer to my prayers! It really does sooth the sore bits.
I also love the Relief salts.

Whilst there was a problem with delivery etc Cecilia went overboard to compensate for this - reply was faster than any other company . I found them to be a lovely small company to deal with . When the products arrived they were delightful

I bought a pot of the balm to try for aching joints and bursa on my hands. I can genuinely say that they feel so much better - I use at night and let the magic happen - it smells very medicinal but I like that. Great product and I would recommend...

for a new company the web site and actual payment process is garbage, the product is great but actualy buying it is a monumental pain, and the website is just awful
