I ordered an iflight crystal patch antenna for my Dji goggles. They arrived in super quick time but came without the screws to attach them, an essential piece as the plate requires longer screws than the stock ones.

I contacted Whoop Store on a Sunday and didn't expect an answer until Monday. Micky got back to me super quick (on Sunday!!) and promised to send me some replacement screws, which he did, they arrived 2 days later.

Excellent service and true to their word when Micky promised to rectify the situation.

First time I've shed here and must say it's first class. Ordered a new drone got it next day very pleased with service. I recommend them highly

Next Day Delivery. Phoned me up to assist with product. Gave great advice. GEPRC 35 is amazing.

First order and everything was incredibly fast.

I was a bit concerned at the beginning because I didn't see the typical "Order shipped" email, which I got the next day just 30 minutes before actually receiving the package :D

I ordered a Moblite7 and chose UPS delivery for a faster service. The drone was in top condition and after a set up flew like a dream. Would 100% use them again.

However... UPS is a total and utter mess and what should have been a next day delivery turned into a nearly 2 week debacle. I called them multiple times and was lied to each time. They even wanted me to travel around 20 miles to collect it because THEY had messed up. So don't use UPS, ever.

Despite it being UPS's fault the owner of the store refunded my shipping and even gave me a discount on a future purchase, first class service. They went above and beyond.

I wasn’t sure this was actually a UK store to begin with but after looking into it a bit realised that they totally were.
Order was processed fast and Mickey worked hard to make sure it got to the right place. Item was exactly as described and was the only place I could see the item for sale too. Arrived quickly too and some free stickers which I am always a fan of.
All in all a nice transaction, will use again.

I never normally write reviews, but he service I received was exceptional, I ordered my first ever whoop and with no fault of their own, the product arrived with missing parts. On contacting Micky at Whoop Store via the contact form, Micky not only arranged for the missing parts to be sent out, he also managed to get them delivered the next day.

I highly recommend the Whoop Store and will be using Whoop Store again in the future.

The quad I was after had some issues that were noticed by the Whoop Store at the time of packing, because of their outstanding integrity they didn’t allow to be sent and found an alternative for me that turned out to be far better than my original choice, after sales help was also above & beyond
