While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. SAME EMAIL USED FOR DIFFERENT SITE

SAME EMAIL, BUT DIFFERENT WEBSITE.
I thought I was purchasing a Brahmin purse from an outlet store. I decided to pay through PayPal. When the transaction finished, it showed a recurring transaction of $99 X 6.
I immediately emailed them at ozeyaziv25 at gmail dot com and cancelled the transaction which was 14 days ago. I also contacted PayPal to try and resolve this. They were able to cancel the subscription but not refund my money. The website I thought I was purchasing from was a Brahmin outlet. The website is no longer opening and I have not received a reply from my email to ozeyaziv25 at gmail dot com.

$85.73 (x7)

$85.73 for a pair of shoes, but only took PayPal. Connected my account. Was charged twice before I realized I was hit with a “recurring payment,” which I immediately cancelled. They were going to charge me this amount SEVEN TIMES. Their customer support does not exist- the email is bogus. Item still listed as “processing” weeks later. The account at PayPal (ozeyaziv25 at gmail dot com) does not respond. Still dealing with PayPal on this.
