After ordering Eliquid and advised I was desperate for it, the order got "damaged", then w/w messaged me saying they could not supply what was in stock so sent me a partial refund and posted the remainder of my order.. (after a whole week of emails back and forth) then that order disappeared and w/w advised it could not be found so they would have to send another refund... and then I got a survey to ask how I rated the eliquids I got in my order! So so so disappointed. To be hobest to loose 2 orders... does not make sense to me and I think they were lying to me. Have since found another supplier.

EDIT MAY 2023 - I havent been able to shop or get any response from this company for a couple of months now. Although I don’t mind sourcing from another supplier, I have thousands of loyalty points I can no longer redeem. I’ve spent $$$$ over the years with them, but they have just shut up shop. AT LEAST TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS WHERE THEY STAND PLEASE!
