I like shopping at Wicklewood because it’s an independent company run by women with fantastic taste. I’ve bought loads of things from them over the years and I love them all!

I ordered two cushions for my den. The color was not the way the website depicted it. I contacted your customer service person and was told I could mail them back using Fed Ex or DHL. I repackaged the cushions and brought them to FedEx. The cost to ship them back to the United Kingdom was $700. I came home and phoned your customer service again and asked if you could please send me a shipping label and I would pay what your corporate charge would be. You kindly did this for me. I am so grateful

I ordered hand blown Mexican glasses and a raffia bowl. The parcel arrived prompt and beautifully packaged. They were exactly as described on the website. Shopping at Wicklewood is a unique experience and feels more personal than any online retailer.

Wicklewood's products are unique and the quality is excellent! I ordered the scallop round platter in red. It arrived quickly, and the colors are exactly as represented on its website. The platter is a piece I will treasure.

I just love going into the shop on Stratford and absorbing all the fabrics and colours, being surrounded by beautiful things including rooster and owl jugs, both I have bought, and are now happily ensconced in my daughters homes.

I’ve bought before from Wicklewood and really like their cushion patterns. I had wanted a green version but it was sold out at that time. I was delighted to spot something similar in the recent sale. It took quite a few weeks to arrive and I thought it was lost (the only reason for rating WW as 4 rather than 5 stars), but eventually did get here. I’m very pleased with the look.
