Do not trust Wideally
Do not trust Wideally. Often they don't deliver. When they deliver (1 month time, ..) if you return (at your expenses) they don't give back your money. It's a fraud !!

Despite my post early December
Despite my post early December, I finally received my orders.
I found the phone number of the Company which is in Norway (+46 40 692 23 90). I spoke to Dave and 3 weeks later I received my orders (fyi, the items are despatched from China. Wideally probably cannot manage properly the supply made by their Chinese partner).

AVOID!
Do NOT use this company. Not only are the delivery dates they provide absolute garbage, they don't even answer emails. I ordered a present on December 10th and latest delivery delivery date that continues to change is now January 7th, 2019.

Do NOT trust their supposed delivery dates.
I ordered one of their products on November 26, delivery was promise in 2-3 weeks. Now 4 weeks later, no delivery; their tracking system does not work. I called their telephone in London and was told that it was shipped the 19th of December and would arrive in several days in Paris. To be seen.

Bought 3 lamps on November 14 still here
Bought 3 lamps on November 14. No news till the 23rd. A tracking number, not to be used before 2 days. On December 14th I sent a mail asking what was happening, since they said it would be 15-20 days to get the package. They just sent the same tracking number but now I discovered it was coming from Longhua,Shenzhen,China by plane. The poor plane must be lost. No news since and tracking is blocked on the 28th of November.! I'am trying to get in touch to see if I get the package or I will simply cancel the payment. I did ask for three!!!! I will certainly denounce them on all possible media and authorities.
