Wrong boots supplied . Asked for exchange but told they could not supply correct size even though still advertising on their website.
Told to return the wrong size boots at my expense. Boots sent but then returned back to me marked refused by adressee. Now over £300 out of pocket for boots that I cannot wear. Customer service useless by e mail and phone line cuts you off. Never touch this seller.

Very happy with my boots! I was able to follow calf measuring instructions and the photos of the style and cut were clear enough for me to make a good choice. Delivery was prompt and the boots are great, fit, and arrived in good packaging.

I thought i would try again with this company i have sent them 3 emails so far and i have called them several times on the phone the last time i called them i was on the phone for 15 mins i kept being told i was the next one in the que it is costing me a lot of money to be kept waiting a long time.But i still have not had any replys to my emails?I would like to find out more information be for i place my order as they are not in the uk i can't afford to buy and have to send them back if they don't fit.I did get a reply on here from them but i have tried what they suggested but still i'm not able to talk to any one.Good morning widecalfbootsstore i have sent you 3 emails using your online email and i have phoned you a few times but i have not had any replys from the emails i sent you as you are not in the uk the cost of being kept waiting for a reply on the phone is to much for me you must have received my email i'm going to resend them so i would appreciate a reply?

Finally, finally a store from where I can find boots my size! I’ve purchased now two pairs and both are exactly what described.

BEWARE - fast delivery and decent boots BUT I cannot get any help from so-called Customer Services, either by phone or email. I have attempted to return two pairs of boots to the Netherlands address given and have just leaned that the courier company has been unable to deliver. I am currently out of pocket by over £200. I will never again knowingly use this company and will be interested to see if this finally elicits a response (but not holding my breath...)

Fab boots, really good quality. Quick delivery considering I’m in the UK (ordered Sunday, delivered Thursday). Yes you do have to pay customs import charges now but not the extortionate amount some reviews have said ( my boots were £168 and I paid £45 )….still made the boots a good buy in my opinion!

In the beginnig I was a bit unsure about this company as I never heard of it before but I must say that the communication with customer services was very easy and almost immediate. I ordered a pair of boots to be delivered to Italy, the parcel arrived in a matter of days, unfortunately they did not fit me (the calf size was perfect but the foot felt tight) so I had to send them back, after 3 days of sending the boots back they had already refunded me. The leather boots were of very good quality and properly packed.

I am beyond happy with the boots I received today. To have knee high boots that actually fit my legs properly, in the sale but would be worth the price anyway. Will definitely be ordering again!

I love this website and I am so happy with the boots. I have been trying to find some for weeks and weeks! I’ve ordered and returned so many pairs from other retailers - then I found this website which helps you to measure and find the perfect size showing you an extensive range that match your measurements. The JJ boots are lovely, fit perfectly - I’m delighted! I’ll definitely be back.

I am based in the UK, and the site is in the Netherlands so as we are outside the EU there is a risk that if you don’t like the Product or it doesn’t fit you are responsible for sending it back yourself at your own expense. Luckily I loved it and would defo take that gamble again.

Boots are great, however website should state more clearly that these were dispatched from abroad and would incur additional fees of import tax and handling feees. Makes a very reasonable pair of boots very expensive unfortunately so won’t be purchasing again from yourselves.

Lovely boits fit very well. I have never been able to get boits to fit my rather large calf’s! Fit brilliantly. Only
thing I can say if your ordering from UK be aware there is duty to pay on them if over £125.

Ordered wide calf, neither boot is this. Ordered 7.5 in size - measured a 6.5 so couldn't get my foot in one pair at all and othes far too tight. I normally wear a 7

I find it very hard to find boots that fit and these are the first wellies I've had for years. I'm delighted... super quick delivery. I would absolutely recommend this store!

Biggest disappointment is the unexpected Import Taxes I had to pay to the Carrier, before I could receive my goods. This is apparently due to the fact that they were shipped from Netherlands. My incorrect assumption was that using a .co.uk website, was an indication that they were supplied from the UK. The £73.97 extra on top of the price of the items, obviously increased the overall cost for 2 pairs of boots, from £263.90 - a cost I has happy with - to £337.87 - not such a reasonable outlay after all.
The boots themselves are satisfactory, although one pair looked as thought they may have been in storage for a while, as the box was slightly battered and they were covered in dust. The other pair were in perfect condition. Both fit well, are comfortable and I'm happy with how they look.

The product I bought was great but I wasn’t told about the £47.00 import tax I had to pay on delivery

Lovely boots, though a little smaller on the calf than I measured for on the site which is a little annoying as that was literally the point.

Would suggest anyone from the UK reconsider the purchase - I thought the delivery cost would be around 20%(this has been very typical of other EU based purchases I've made in the past year) but on a £220.87 purchase (boots, leather spray + stretcher to hold shape) I was charged £99.32 for delivery.
Great boots, but for £300+ I could have probably got something better somewhere local. The site is clear you'll have to pay an extra cost but there's zero transparency around approx costs which I think is actually really poor on their part.
