Extremely helpful, courteous, patient and professional company. Throughout the 13 stay in Singapore, Malaysia (Penang & KL), and Thailand (Phuket), the company kept in contact with our party of six to ensure we were enjoying our holiday. Interestingly, on the final night of our stay in a 4th hotel, we had an issue with our booking. We called the company and they requested we pass on the phone to the hotel staff. Within a minute or two, the issue was resolved and we were able to go to our bedrooms for a well deserved rest.
We apprciate the positive, reassuring, and can-do attitude of this company. Thank you so much!

Wide Horizon Travels were very efficient from when we first made our enquiries to when we booked our flights to the US. They informed us of all the options available to us which was fantastic. The customer service assistant helped me greatly by finding the best deals for my flight for the entire family. I was so shocked at the great prices she was able to offer which truly made the holiday better and affordable. She kept me updated throughout the process and let me know if there were any changes to our flight time - I did not have to stress about anything! Great service!
