NOTHING BUT THIEVES

After doing business with them for a couple of years, they started ghosting me. They stole from me and DHL on two orders worth $23K at the time. They shipped incorrect item to one customer and a broken Lladro piece to another. Never replaced the pieces. They got paid twice (original order and DHL refund). I lost money and customers. DO NOT DEAL with WIDENSHOP, or any of their fake stores. Their names are Carlos Widen, or Carlo Widen, or Nadya Widen. I also suspect Tre Skor is their latest fake website. Be careful.

Avoid!

I highly recommend not to buy from this shop. I ordered a cutlery set from Cutipol from them in a specific color combination, which was advertised as available on their website. At first two weeks went by and nothing happened. Only after inquiring twice did the shop send a package … with the wrong item. I sent several requests for replacement, but was completely ghosted. Unreliable and appalling customer service. Avoid!
Update two years later: the Cutipol cutlery starts rusting. I am convinced this shop is selling fakes.
