Low Quality, not at all as in the pictures

I bought shoes and shirt in March 2020. Five months later it hasn’t arrived. They gave me a fake tracking number. They said they won’t refund money but had sent replacements. Needless to say the replacements never arrived.

DONT BUY IT!!!!, ITS A FRAUD. BAD QUALITY. BAD SERVICE. THEY DONT GIVE MONEY BACK FOR RETURN THEY ASKING!!!

Very very very very bad delivery and customer services!!!
Sent pants size L is smaller than standard size L - I asked for a change of pants size XL - Answer: Return the pants at your own expense with tracking number - cost Germany / China EUR 42.99 - price of the pants EUR 53.77 and I should Pay the costs for the Chinese customs - Request for sending a parcel label - forwarding charges Germany / China paid: Rejected - Proposal on my part for a win / win compromise: rejected - E-Mail pingpong without progress - Conclusion: very very very bad delivery and customer services - Recommendation: Do not order anything from widezee.com.

Sole separated from shoe after wearing for only two months. Very poor quality.

I order a XL sack coat . I receive a M one. The quality very very poor.
I sent it back to Widezee 32 days ago. I sent them the AWB wich prove that they received the package and THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY.
STUPID CHINA THIEVES.

Wife purchased a coat for me for Christmas, It was about three sizes too small, the picture advertising the coat is nothing like what you receive. This place is a scam I would give negative stars in rating if it was an option.

Total scam. It took them a month to ship my order out. Then I never even got the package. I informed them and they gave me some tracking number to a company with no legit customer service number and the customer service website was in Chinese. Widezee is now telling me unless I can get proof from this so called SF Express shipping that my package didn’t arrive, they are going to do nothing. So now I’m out $75.00 and almost 3 months of waiting for pair of boots that was probably never really shipped in the first place. I wouldn’t even give this company one star if I didn’t have to in order to write a review because they probably aren’t even a real company. They probly pay kids to go steal the items they feature online half the time hence the 1-2 month wait and when that fails that use there fake shipping system to say it was delivered and send us on a wild goose chase. All the while robbing us all.

These folks thought the best way to ship a straw fedora hat was in a plastic bag! Needless to say, it was smashed to hell when it arrived. I emailed and asked for a return authorization, and they informed me it was up to me to pay for shipping back to China! Since this was going to cost more than the hat, I asked for the 15% discount they offered me to just keep the thing - that never arrived.
Definitely don't buy anything from widezee - ever.

Borderline scam. Wish I never bothered.
Impossible to accurately choose your size, returns costs an absolute fortune, takes ridiculously long to arrive, customer service is appalling, first time I have ever reviewed but felt the need to warn.

I’d give them negative stars if that were an option. I ordered shoes order number 6875 on September 12, 2019 it is now October 16, 2019. Silly thing is the shoes actually made it to Sacramento but the clowns didn’t put my house address on the order... so guess what? The post office doesn’t know which house to deliver them to. Imagine that. Well the postal has a policy to return to sender when the address is incomplete despite that I called them and gave them the number. Well back to UK they went. Now I’ve spent countless hours dealing with them trying to get my shoes. Turns out they sell the same shoes on amazon. For less money and less shipping. Problem now is getting my money back from the clowns at widezee. Do yourself a favor and avoid the show at widezee.

Order no:6168 Terrible service. I ordered two shirts same brand different color same size XL both came small and one of them X small wont even fit my arm and I'm a size L UK. They offered me to keep the shirts and they give me 15% discount of the next order. No use for the small shirts they sent from the first place and I would never make another mistake ordering from Widezze ever again. Sizes are very wrong and quality is terrible. I'm disputing the return fees and waiting to see the outcome. I'll be reporting this company to the credit card. Do not make the same mistake I made. Company in China and surely they have a very bad customer service.
I ordered the shirts back in July. It's 10/10/2019 and I'm still waiting for an answer. I sent the goods back to china coasting me another £15 This company has been reported to Pinterest and to trading standard and credit card, biggest con ever. We should have more protection against fraudulent companies in China. As I wrote before I still haven't heard anything from this company and I'm sure many people having the same problems, This company is stealing our money they are thieves. I sent the shirts back and lost the money i paid for them and the postage for sending them back, it's all about the principles and the way I feel I've been conned and the way they still aloud to advertise on pintrest and the net. It's January and this company still denying receiving my returns, money is lost I should have known better and disposed the shirt I could have saved £15 on return post. Biggest thieves ever. Good luck to anyone who buys from them. Please do publish your honest reviews about this company so we can help people not getting conned the same way i did.
