Most frustrating and unaccommodating company.

After Nolte went into administration ( god knows why), I was left with the task of finding alternative bedroom furniture.

Couldn’t find quality anything like Nolte anywhere but decided on wiemann furniture through a local company.

2 lots of furniture damaged and I’m awaiting yet another replacement.

Unable to accommodate a matching handle on a floating shelf, despite the drawer being the exact same as a freestanding bedside unit.

Queried whether a RAL colour could be provided, so I can get a local company to make glass tops as this is not an option wiemann provide. They were unable to provide this and they only offer whole glass units.

All in all, wish I’d found another company.

I purchased my Weimann loft wardrobe in the uk for my house in france! The furniture is excellent quality. I built the wardrobes myself in no time as they were coming to france with me! They are very easy to build and the wardrobes are good quality! Better than ikea stuff anyway.

Got a 6 door wardrobe 4 months ago. They were not installed brilliantly- but it was John lewis contractor who installed them so not wiemann fault. Overall they are well built and good value for money. Certainly the best we could find that weren't bespoke. After care service was absolutely superb when I had an after sale enquiry last week - thankyou Samantha !!

I ordered from doorway to value. My bedroom furniture experience with weimans and Jade installation started positive with contact and dates offered. Booked a day off work for the delivery. Text confirmation received and then 4.45 the day before received a call to say that they would not be arriving the next day to install. No reason why and no new dates offered. Then booked a 2nd date for delivery needing another day off work. Text confirmation, morning slot. Lunchtime arrives and I heard nothing. Eventually got a phone call the fitters would be arranged shortly. When they arrived they did not have the correct fittings to install the wardrobe and the set of draws were faulty. Another month to wait for the to send a new box of fittings to and get a date for installation. Customer service is absolutely shocking! Still not resolved. They are not bothered and will not got out of their way to rectify their mistakes! Avoid this manufacturer at all costs. Not worth the price and they do not seem to care about customers at all to rectify their mistakes!

Poor finish and poor fitting by PIPS, been trying to sort out a problem for over 18 months and they've only just offered me a part resolution which is not good enough. Don't buy from them as customer service is shocking. I bought the expensive stuff too.

ordered a Weinmann wardrobe in March, was told it would take 8-10 weeks. At 10 weeks, I asked the supplier who said it would be another week, this went on for two weeks. Was finally told Weinmann had lost my order and it would take another 6 weeks. At this point I asked for a refund. This is not a good company to do business with.

originally ordered a 236 tall 2.5mtr wide wardrobe for my new house having check ceiling height with the developer only to discover the ceilings are 2.3, asked if it was possible to cut them down and was told it was not possible! so ordered 1x 2000cm and 1x 500cm as I wanted the small wardrobe on the left and the 2500cm has the 500cm on the right or centre this also resulted in wiemann not supplying the Ppt frame as it would not fit despite having paid for it, when the fitters came the door for the 500cm was hinged on the wrong side and the fitter could not understand why I had to order 2 wardrobes as the units could be place in the order I had wanted and suggested I order a joining panel which would mean the Ppt would then fit! I was also informed I could order a 216 500cm door for the old wardrobe which I had cut down, as the items delivered and installed were correct according to the fitters delivery sheet I had to go back the place I purchased the wardrobe they then had to re-order and I had to wait another 8 weeks, they turned up yesterday and corrected the hang of the 500cm door fitted the wrong Ppt (it should have been the 968 as originally ordered and not the 928) they also did not have the 216 full height door! I have now been told it will be another 5 weeks before I will receive the parts that is if they get it right this time, no that bad for an item that was paid for in full on the 3rd December 2022 and all this after the supplier I purchased the item from spoke directly with the manufactory in Germany and the uk distributor in Yorkshire, it is a real shame as the product is very good but if it was not for BAD service there would be no service what so ever! this is only one of a few review I have written but I just wanted everyone to know what can happen when you believe you are spending thousands of pounds of your hard earn cash on a product that looks the business, just remember all that glitters is not gold!
