I booked a taxi for my teenage daughter for the ride from the airport to relatives in central Vienna. The confirmation explicitly said card payment - still, the driver insisted on cash payment and quite unpleasantly drove my daughter to a cash machine. She was scared and handed her phone to the driver so that I could have a direct dialogue with him, but he wrongly claimed my booking to state “cash payment” and made no effort to understand my concern. There are extra fees for cash withdrawals for us which completely destroys the logic behind taking a Flughafen Taxi rather than an ordinary taxi or an Uber. What a scam. I reported the issue to the switchboard but didn’t get any attention to my complaint.

I ordered taxi for my relative to be collected from airport. I asked taxi company in my order
VAD3223643 and also 2 TIMES on the phone - the taxi driver should hold the paper with name. It was confirmed to me it will be done, but it was not!! Additionally to that the fix price was 52 insted of 46 ! They charge extra fees for no service! I personally used this taxi company before, but will not do it in the future. The service is terrible.

Everything went perfectly well, I can only recommend this taxi service.

When I ordered the car I made it clear that I will pay by card. The driver told me that he doesn't have an equipment for accepting cards, so I had to withdraw cash. That's not okay. But the driver came in time, it was good.

The taxi pick up at Vienna airport was on time and reasonably priced. My plane landed 20 minutes early and the taxi service tracked the earlier landing and picked me up without me having to call them. Well done!

The taxi driver was on time to pick me up for the airport. We had a nice conversation and when we arrived at the airport the driver assisted with my luggage.

The driver contacted us by phone after the flight arrival.He gave precise details for the meeting point. Confortable car. Good drive to the hotel in Wien. Helped us with the luggage. So yes, a good experience.

The driver wrote me a SMS exactly when he should have picked me up that he had 20 minutes delays. Going to the airport, 20 minutes delay means missing the flight. This is not acceptable

Though the flight was 3 hours delayed the driver was there to pick us up. Nice service
