Unprofessional handling of refunds and very poor communication
My experience with Wiener has been extremely disappointing. After my visa application was refused, I requested a refund for my insurance policy and provided all required documents promptly. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I did not receive the refund nor a clear explanation.
The company repeatedly responded with vague and confusing statements, claiming that the refund was “sent to an address,” without providing any proof of payment, bank transfer confirmation, or postal tracking number. This is unacceptable for a financial and insurance institution.
The lack of transparency, slow responses, and failure to properly handle a simple refund show a serious problem in customer service and internal processes. As an international customer, this experience has caused unnecessary stress and loss of trust.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wiener to anyone who expects clear communication and reliable financial handling
