Matt arrived on time, was very polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. Matt explained to me exactly what he would do and worked very tidily. Matt is professional, and within a very short time of arriving knew the most efficient method of cabling the wiring to be less evasive in the home.
The whole installation was completed within 60 minutes.
A very well organised Company and would have no hesitation in recommending WIFI Heros to family, friends and work colleagues.

When I expressed my surprise at how swiftly it was completed Matt explained that he had not needed to run any cabling as this was already in place and all he had to do was check the connections and install the WiFi extender.
I did email to request a review and detailed breakdown of the cost of the job however I have not yet received a response

They are extremely professional. The phone is always answered, they arrive at the time they say they will. They keep you updated by text and phone. They quote upfront and are happy to discuss the quote so you understand it. And best of all they have sorted our WiFi out so I can write this review without getting cut off. I would definitely recommend them.

Matt came to install an Ethernet cable and WiFi hub to a new outbuilding. He was punctual, friendly and efficient. He did a great job and the WiFi works great.

The team were knowledgeable about what needed to be done to sort our WiFi connectivity issues in our house. They had a quick turnaround in terms of install date. They were responsive to all queries and easy to communicate with.
Matt was brilliant at troubleshooting and making sure we had the system all working perfectly!

Really responsive even years after original purchase

Excellent support from Ash. Arrived on time (recieved a call in advance, saying he was on his way 👍). After arriving Ash was very professional and efficient getting my Outdoor office fully WiFi ready. Would definitely recommend wifi Hero's.

After ages trying to solve problems with Sky or more mesh, we a great experience with Ash. Quick to understand the problem, quick to solve it, very clean and tidy work. Didn’t leave until everything was working. Highly recommend.
