Brilliant Service.

O'Neil and his team were absolutely brilliant. Courteous, tidy, efficient and did a wonderful job leaving no mess and excellent wi-fi. Totally recommend WiFi Heroes and the team ( and came three days earlier than planned as a bonus!)

Awesome service

Have had wifi heroes now for almost a year, just had a power outage and it had a knock on effect to the network. The WiFi heroes team helped straight away and the issue has been resolved. Many thanks as always for your help

WifiHeros installation of Unifi Access Points

Matt arrived on time after sending text stating his eta. He consulted with me on the simplest way to provide the best solution. Matt installed two access points in an efficient clean manner with the final job being exactly as agreed. He checked the performance of the new Unifi AP HD AccessPoint system, which is a great improvement over the old router wi-fi system. Matt wouldn’t leave until I was entirely satisfied with the new system. Matt good job done.

Matt did a great job

Matt did a great job. Established any faults and my outdoor office has wireless. Perfect. Worth every penny to take the stress out if Wifi and gaming issues with my son.

Excellent service. Recommended.

Steven from WiFi Heros fitted a new wired access point in my house to improve the WiFi connectivity. The service was excellent. He was friendly, professional, on time and took care to fit the access point despite really difficult access for the cabling. Excellent service all round. Recommended.

Good installation and solution

We've historically had poor WiFi connectivity in our house with a number of mesh systems which we've tried over the years. WiFi Heroes installed a number of physical access points and WiFi points around the house, which has provided us with good coverage for the first time.

The installer was professional, flexible in dealing with our requirements, and has performed a good job.

Really happy with the service

Really happy with the service, from making an enquiry to having the work undertaken and completed was under a week. Clear on the pricing and ensured I was happy with the work on site. Steven was really good at the installation and made sure I got what I needed.

Garden wifi

Wifi heros provided a good service from start to finish. The installation engineer Stephen was very helpful in setting up my garden office system giving me the WiFi speeds promised. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Good response time and Job done

Good response time, I just wanted the problem solved. I had used EERO for my outhouse but was only getting 30/40 MB, Guys installed Wifi Access Point to the outhouse now we are getting 300 MB. Just wanted someone do it for me for peace of mind. Steven was a top lad.

Did not address my concerns despite high charges

I had various issues with my Wifi. I was charged over £200 for them coming to visit and then they didn't address my main concerns. Then they gave me a huge quote for something that I can actually address with my wifi provider. Not happy that they charged so much to provide a useless quote.
Don't contact WiFi Heros until you have spoken to your own provider first - and be aware of their excessive charges.

For larger properties, like your 3000 sq ft space, certain situations might require more extensive measures, such as implementing hardwiring and professional-grade access points from Ubiquiti. We believe we could have found middle ground solution if we would have received direct feedback at the time.
