Min erfarenhet med den anställda som föregick Nikolas var lång och svår, där mitt ärende med henne pågick i mer än två månader utan lösning. Men med Nikolas entré kände jag en stor skillnad! They are very helpful trying to solve my problems as quickly as possible. I really appreciate the prompt attention and reply from them. I lost my mobile phone along with my Sim card while travelling overseas. I received the duplicate copy of my Sim card within a few days by mail. They also helped me with the recovery of my e-mail address so that I can successfully log into my account. I am very grateful for all their assistances during the past week.

After I reviewed Wifog previously, I mentioned, 'You will receive a quick response to your questions and inquiries until you subscribe, buy a SIM card, or transfer your phone number to Wifog. After that, you will not receive any response or help.' Unfortunately, they suspended my phone number and stole all my balance, including internet data, minutes, and SMS. I have not received my money back yet.

Niklas is a person who seems to represent the entire company according to his own whims.

I have filed a report with the police.
