Alopecia for 25 years and told I don't know wig care
I've had alopecia for 25 years. As your hair is a part of your identity, I purchase REMY quality hair and care for it extremely well. With quality purchases and care I can typically wear my hair for a year.
Recently I purchased an Ellen Wille wig for $1963 from Wig Outlet. In less than 2 months, the hair has shown extreme dryness and wears terribly throughout the day. I've contacted "Client Care" at Wigsoutlet only to hear that the care I've provided is inappropriate. The first Care Consultant said I need to blow dry the hair and that is why. The next Care Consultant said that I was not washing properly. I've never had an issue like this and they are refusing to acknowledge that this expensive product may be defective.
The Ellen Wille site recommends naturally drying hair on a stand. Wigout consultant said blowdrying is required.
Wigsoutlet refuses to acknowledge that this wig may have issues. I've offered to send it back for inspection. Though spoken sweetly, the only acknowledgement that has been offered is a video on how to wash my Expensive- RemyQuality - Identity. Not just embarrassing to wear, but denied. Maybe this wig was offered through their OUTLET for a reason.

I was wrongly taxed but the amount…
I was wrongly taxed but the amount couldn’t be viewed until after the purchase. I was taxed for a city and county that are now n the opposite side of the state - five hours away - and at a higher rate. The response from customer support was either an AI response or someone that didn’t read my info. Very frustrating.
