I had ordered two wigs that have not yet arrived. I have tried to contact the dealer via email, call and facebook, none of the places they answer me. In addition, many others write that they have never received what they had ordered on their website. It is simply so poor customer service and bad morale to have. I will in no way recommend WIGFOX to anyone else.
