I bought a wig for my mom who lost her hair due to health issues. The wig was delivered on time and the quality was great! My mom could not be happier with the wig!
I purchased wig one that I bought here in my state at a beauty supply store they were oit of the wig so I purchased from wig warehouse I received the wig in the wrong color whwn I reached out to them they the was the color that was on the order when I know I order a number 1 not w I have never ever order or had a number 2 color ever in my whole life. When I tried to return the wig I paid 27.00 and they only was going to give me back 13.00 so I just what to exchange for the correct color ive never had this problem before. Ever

First, slow delivery. I believe I ordered the right color for the wig, but it came in another color. Confusing and misleading return policy (no online "button" that says "return" as an option.
I purchased a short Vivica Fox wig that was absolutely beautiful on the picture, but what I received did not look like the picture, so I contact the company to return the wig. I will need to pay to return the item and a restocking 15% fee. This is the first wig company that does not provide customer service for an item that was misrepresented. I paid a fee to have it shipped to me and now to return an item that was not good quality, I need to pay and hope to get a refund.
