Not what I ordered in any shape or form. Should have checked reviews. What I received was in no way what I ordered. Rubbish.

I received my order yesterday and it is disgusting. Totally different from my order. Dont waste your hard earned money to this company WigWay-scammer

I ordered a wig blonde it was beautiful. Exactly as the photo could not be happier. Looks so real not one of my friends picked it was a wig. All thought I had cut my hair

I did not receive what I ordered, terrible quality, colour and style. Paid $160 for complete rubbish!! I should have checked reviews before ordering. No response to my request for return and refund.

You will not receive the item you order but some random awful looking product in terrible condition. I have photos of the items ordered and received including invoice and label on the product I would include in this review if the option was available.

Scam/fake....wig I received is worse than a costume party wig. Sent several emails to return from date of receiving my wig....no reply....do not honour return policy. Do not buy from them....cant believe they get away with this fraudulent activity

The worst company to deal with do not honour their policy of return and refund.

WIGWAY: Purchased a Remy Human Hair Wig with a Petite Wig Cap. Received an All Synthetic Wig with a Large Cap. WIGWAY refused to honour their returns+exchange policy. I strongly DO NOT recommend EVER buying from this company.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They sent the wrong item and then asked for EXTRA MONET FOR THE RIGHT ONE!
Stupidly I sent it!
I sent the item back at the cost of $40! I cancelled all products when I learnt they operate from China!
I paid $300 and got $149 back after a multitude of texts! Be careful! They do NOT have a genuine return policy!

Avoid this company as they are unbelievably bad to deal with. I ordered a wig in Jan 2021 but after reading some reviews ( I know) I tried to cancel the order. This was within an hour of placing the order. I had no response from the company for days so I decided to complain through PayPal. Then they responded asking if I would keep the order with them if they offered a discount I declined reiterating I wanted to cancel the order which I was entitled to do as per their policies. I then got an email to say the wig was now being manufactured. This was after numerous request to cancel had been sent to wigway. After numerous emails I knew I wasn’t going to get a refund so after waiting until today 15 March the wig arrived. It was almost a fun/ costume wig. So awful I could never wear it. The company appears to be in Australia but again this is false. Okay the wig was cheap but still a rip off as it was cheap but oh so nasty. You have been warned don’t buy from this company.

I would give them no stars. Absolute scam. It is very sad for people who need a wig for medical reasons. very slow to send and then nothing like the picture, very very poor quality. Avoid avoid and avoid. Pass the word. Lyn

I purchased a wig on line .I then saw it would take 15 -20 days + delivery for the wig from date of purchase. I emailed them to cancel as it would be too long as I had chemotherapy hairloss.I was emailed back within 24 hours to say it had already been posted.
The wig arrived and was NOT the wig I had ordered. It was a cheap nasty wig. These people are unscrupulous,and have no ethics. When I contacted them ,I was told they could make the wig I wanted but it would cost another $75!!! They kept sending persistent emails, when I said I want a refund. These are seasoned scammers.Buyers beware.
