Once we went with this agent, they started to open big mouths for more extra cost like publications which they charged us for 2k-3k. Then we realised this is a fraud and I kept asking them for a refund. But the project manager either has excuses or just ghosts me. At first he said if we stop the process, we are not allowed to make it live in the next 6 months, which is not true I double check with another vendor. And I still asked for a refund, the project manager Matt just ghosted me after that.
I had been constantly trying to post my article on Wikipedia but it got rejected every time as I was not properly following Wikipedia's guidelines. But then I came across Wiki Expert Online and their team did a great job. Loved working with the team and I will prefer to work with them in the future as well.
