We started our journey with Wil-U just under a year ago, moving from traditional tills and homegrown gift aid systems. The implementation was incredibly smooth - pretty much just plugged in and switched on. The support team are fantastic - quick to answer the phone and very responsive. Staff and volunteers took to the system incredibly well and it is universally popular.

Implementation of Wil-U has been transformative for our charity: huge productivity gains from gift aid automation; greatly improved management information, the list goes on. The solution is easy to use, reliable and Wil-U actively seek input from their customers on enhancements. 100% happy with our decision to join the Wil-U family and would not hesitate to commend them to other charities looking for a modern, highly functional POS and Gift Aid solution.

Great software, and helpful support team.

We've currently been working through a cycle of updating our equipment, this has arrived on time and packaged well for each of our individual shops. To set this up our shop managers have had to contact the Wil U support team for guidance on the changeover process, on each occasion they've answered the phone quickly and effectively .
