Ordered dog collar for XMas

Ordered dog collar for XMas. Charged my credit card, then nothing. Unable to reach customer service. Checked out number, it was a California cell phone number for a Salt Lake City, Utah based business. Had charges reversed on card.

Purchased 2 pairs of boots and a belt never received

Purchased 2 pairs of boots and a belt. 3 months later items never received. They don’t reply to their support email and they don’t have a support phone line. I’ve sent multiple emails. I predict this company will go under very soon, you can’t operate a business like this and last very long. This is my wish anyways.

I did buy a pair of boots and a couple years back and no issue and liked the boots, but given the lack of customer support there are better options out there.

THIS COMPANY ARE CROOKS

I bought my second pair of boots with Wilcox and they arrived damaged. I then contacted them to start the process of replacing them but they would not replace the damaged boots. A customer service representative toll me to take the boots to shoe shop to get fixed and they would send me 25 dollars for the inconvenience but they would not replace them. They are pricey boots and they should not arrive damaged. They are crooked company that states you have 30 days to replace them if something wrong is with them but they did not honor it. These were my second pair of boots and I would have been a loyal customer but now I will never buy another pair of boots with them. BE AWARE THIS COMPANY ARE CROOKS.

20 weeks since placing my order, I still have not received the boots

I ordered a pair of boots at the end of august, 2019. Wilcox charged me, but couldn’t deliver the goods as they were out of stock. I was told that they would be back in stock within 12 weeks maximum. I let them know I was willing to wait. It’s now been almost 20 weeks and I have still not received anything. I am seriously starting to wonder wether this is even a real company. If you are, would you mind replying to my emails?

These are easily the most uncomfortable…

These are easily the most uncomfortable boots I've owned. I thought after having them for a couple of months they would break in and feel better, but they don't. It feels like you are walking on concrete. The laces are annoying as well because they have so much friction, which means that they don't adjust easily when you are taking off/putting on. It's too bad because they look nice, but my feet hate them.
