I signed up for a package with one touch switch and switching credit, neither were done because I changed installation date and told it was my fault as I'd originally signed up for a different date. Customer service is terrible, they won't call you back but they'll turn your internet off same day if you complain.

In April 2025 I was pleased to see fibre conduits being installed on the opposite side of the road in our cul-de-sac. A week later John Ballard a field agent for Wildanet came knocking on my door and after a polite and professional chat found that Wildanet was live for our estate. After agreeing to a package I waited but unfortunately the survey stated that it would be difficult to get FTTP on our side of the road. I was kept informed of the issue by Wildanet and John. I knew Wildanet had to fulfill its obligation of getting FTTP in rural areas by 2027 but thought it would be a while before installation. Three weeks ago I had an email stating that Wildanet were requesting permission from the local council for the work required to install FTTP to my and a neighbours property, within a week Oakways were digging up the pavement and the road, they were a credit to Wildanet as their work was clean, tidy and well planned to minimise traffic issues. Within three days they were complete and on day three as they were taking away barriers I received a phone call from Wildanet saying there was an engineer in the area that could connect me. I accepted then Kai and Finn arrived within the next hour and I found them polite and professional as they informed me what needed to be done and checked I was happy every step of the way and within the hour I was up and running they even hoovered up.
All in all a slow start but a slick and professional process which made the whole experience worthy of a 5 star rating. Keep it up!

Kai and Finn arrived this morning on Thursday 26th February to connect us internally to Wildanet. The outside cabling and box had already been completed.
They suggested coming straight into the lounge, instead of coming in through the porch and hallway, thereby reducing all the cables currently in the hallway.
They were both very pleasant and did an excellent job, tidying up any mess created, and once the router had been set up, they helped connect the laptop to the new WiFi. 👍

Very quick service, great communication throughout and the engineer who came to install it, Jamie, was absolutely fantastic. He spent time locating the best placement for the router to make sure it was ascetically pleasing too. Absolutely brilliant!

Had the fibre broadband installed today.
The guys who completed the works were not only professionals, but competent, polite and courteous.
Matt, Mitch and Ben are a credit to the company. Top marks lads.
I can't emphasise enough how good they were.
So after the installation, it was all explained to us and off we went!
We have a stable signal and speeds consistent with the package.

It's been a long journey to get to be connected but that wasn't not always Wildanet's fault. When the possibility of connection became a reality the time span was short. The guys in each of the 3 teams in the installation process were very professional, efficient and polite culminating in the actual connection to the full fibre today. Works well - please collect the large drum of wire left behind !

The whole process was painless. There was a slight delay when Wildanet had to get permission from the council for some of the external work. We are not the first property in our street to connect to Wildanet so I think we should have been given a more accurate estimate of the connection date. When it was done the physical connection work was quick, clean and tidy. The final connection was performed by Chloe, who was efficient, knowledgeable and informative. On the whole 9.9/10 for Wildanet and 10/10 for Chloe.

From the initial approach to installation, the communication has been excellent in terms of quality of responses to customer service reaction times. In addition, the engineers were polite and respectful of property and explained the work they were carrying out. Pleasingly, the speeds received have been as advertised. So far, so good.
