When it works its great and I cant fault, good prices and speed. But the signal drops regularly (at least 3 times) so things on home network need resetting on a daily basis. Their billing system seems... See more

At Wildanet, we believe that every person, business and community has the right to be part of the worldwide digital community and to benefit from the opportunities it brings.
Unlike other parts of the UK, Cornwall and the South West still have countless communities suffering with poor quality internet connection, making life harder for many families and businesses in these areas and putting them at a distinct disadvantage to the rest of the UK. Wildanet is working to change this by digitally connecting many areas of the region to high speed, reliable broadband.

The thing that made my experience great was that we have been informed that Fibre would not be available in the area we live and the highest/maximum download that we could get would be 19/20. Along came Storm who was about to walk passed then asked us if we have Fibre to which we replied NO. He discussed all about you bringing it to the house, I must admit I felt very suspicious, he was very confident and said he could get it installed in four weeks, because of the Christmas period it took about six weeks, not a problem. Stage one started on 8 January 2026, they asked if we would be happy to have the cable fixed to the wall instead of digging a channel in our drive, which would take longer, when they were finished we wished we had asked them to position it at ground level as they said they would but it is about a foot up the wall, if this could be corrected it would be appreciated please. Stage 2 was carried out without any problems, very friendly, very tidy. Final stage 14th January 2026, Jack, arrived we had a chat as to where it was going to be put inside, very efficient tidy and before we knew it we were on line with 400 download, in heaven. All the work people were very good on timings, tidied up everything before they left and a great job done.

Internet journey with these guys has been spot on. We're a business and the guys who came to put in the wires were very helpful and understanding with the obstructions in the way of where they needed to drill and worked around us great. Once it was all in and activated, absolutely no problems so far and we've been up and running for a couple of months now.
Wildanet are also very easy to get a hold of over the phone and the staff are friendly and helpful. The one issue we did have with VOiP services was resolved relatively quickly once we spoke on the phone and mostly down to issues with other parties, not them.

First of all would like to thank Tom on the customer service team, who initially done our sale after openreach and Bt wouldn’t touch the property!
Secondly to, I think her name was Alisha, who set things in motion as priority given our circumstances!
Thirdly to the Team of Ollie, Dan, Josh and Liam for all their hard work at getting it fitted asap! Especially to Ollie and his team member who worked during torrential rain as the storm approached to get things moving. Can’t thank you enough!
In a smart house controlled by WiFi, and feeling lost on who to use, wildanet went above and beyond. So despite New Year’s Eve, the snow AND then the Storm, it only took 10 days, this included digging a new line in through the garden and into the house.
Thank you so much

Originally installed the day after we moved in on the 13th November, we were then told they need planning before they can activate it. Told this takes 12 weeks so we went elsewhere.
Called me over Christmas saying they could go live on the 8th of Jan, they turned up, installed next doors before telling me another team needs to sort it at the pole.
Called and asked for an ETA, they said it needs to go to complex team and this can take 4 weeks. Surely it can be expedited as I've been waiting months already.
Why call me and say you can go live, bunch of clowns.

I am very happy with Fazli Rahman and J J Singh who put in the optical fibre cable, Chloe who connected that cable to my new router, Jack Challoner who I spoke to initially regarding the Wildanet company and Tom Gould who I spoke to about a few queries I had. I was very impressed with the professional and careful way they all carried out their work. I would reccomend them and the company to supply your new internet. Thank you all for your involvement in my new 100mb internet, best wishes, Barry

Sometimes it hard to
Get through on the phone but I ordered Fibre Optic and the service from sales to installation was fantastic. Martin and Chloe the engineers did a brilliant job with nothing too much trouble and great communication.

I live in Horrabridge, near Yelverton. I moved to Wildanet from Sky after 7 years of Sky broadband. With Sky, I'd been paying about £25 a month for about 50mbs download speed. I moved to Wildanet and am getting the promised 200mbs for less cost per month (plus 2 months for free). I'd have moved sooner, but Sky were reliable - my internet barely ever dropped. Switching felt a gamble, but I've had no issues at all in the month since I switched. My only remaining uncertainty is whether the router is not quite as strong at reaching the furthest away rooms, but ultimately I'm happy I moved.
The engineer Lewis did a great job - a neat and tidy installation that hides the wiring / boxes as much as is realistic. He took his time to do the job well, instead of rushing to another job.
