Rubbish, don't use that if you have a choice.

This is the worst service I have ever used in my life. Don't ever use that.

1. You have to wait until your delivery for weeks, it NEVER arrives on time.
2. You have zero idea when exactly your order is supposed to be delivered. You will get surprised when it is suddenly being delivered when you are not even at home.
3. Notifications don't work properly. App is awful.
4. Support is essentially absent, I have requested information about my parcels a few times, and they gave me the same standard meaningless phrase with zero help.

Don't ever use this garbage.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. Slow, incompetent! Been waiting on my delivery for weeks now. It'd be faster to buy from Amazon and ship via Onex/Globbing. Moreover, they now charge 2000-3000AMD when you decline the order. It used to be 450. The quality of products is trash!

Scammers did not deliver 4 orders…

Scammers did not deliver 4 orders placed with delivery to Poland. Refund not received. It was issued in 02/2022. Order numbers

"Hello, the issue with the transfer of funds is being resolved and we will contact you in the near future. We ask you to wait a little longer."
Worst store I have ever dealt with. What country is this and the store.

It takes too long

I ordered an item 20 days ago. It was supposed to come during a week after ordering. But till now every day it shows that I'll receive the order 'Tomorrow'. Still waiting...

I ordered twice in the beginning of…

I ordered twice in the beginning of February. I received a tracking number around the 16th of February. soon after the war in Ukraine started and obviously the packages weren’t going to be delivered anymore. I contacted Wildberries and asked for a refund because the delivery service meest let me know the deliveries have been stopped. The told me I will get a refund as soon as they have the items again. It has been 2 months of be consistently contacting them and never received a refund. They are also not responding to my emails anymore. Do not recommend! Terrible customer service.

NO refund for shipping undelivered items

I doubted whether I should place an order on this site, since this marketplace has a very bad reputation in Russia. Unfortunately, my doubts were confirmed and I was convinced from my own experience how badly this company treats its customers.
I ordered 15 items from Wildberries UK. The delivery took almost a month and I received only seven items. After continuous correspondence with the customer service, I managed to return the cost of the eight undelivered items. I also asked for a refund of the shipping cost including taxes, but I was only refunded £5 for the shipping and the shipping cost me £32.42. I do not recommend anyone to shop on this marketplace, because in case of problems, you will not be able to return your money for the delivery, and the customer service will ignore your requests. So, do not waste your money, nerves and time, it's a bad service.

Delivery problems.

Delivery problems.
Their partner failed to deliver the package to my address, they decided to deliver it to a random pickup point instead without notifying me. I got my money back for the items but not for delivery - they said "we tried and it's not free". Avoid this company.

Wildberries - no reply, no support, damaged items!

sadly I got completly damaged package (I did order lego set), it was delivered in foilpack only, box is crushed, teared down, not usable as present or anything. I did send email with description of this situation, (attached photos as evidence, package was opened with courier assistance, so he is vitnes of damage to product) to email address, but no-reply!
just completly no answer! avoid such service - as You don't know what will be delivered :/ so If You can - avoid shopping there, as You don't know what and in what state will be delivered - and customer support - is just not there! good there is a chargeback option on my CC...
