Deeply disappointed ☹️

Purchased a hat from them and was sent a damaged hat. I returned it based on the damage in an obvious place. They said " The visual dent was normal" as an artist who paints on these hats and decorates them, I know better,that this is not normal, they proceeded to continue to charge me shipping of the item after the hat was returned. I would think twice about purchasing anything from this company as they do not stand behind their product and their customer service is awful and is verified by the other reviews. I encourage you to read them before conducting business with this company.
