corrupt, deceptive, illegal

I ordered milteforan for my very sick dog over one month ago, paying additional money for express shipping. My order didn't arrive. I was told it had been dispatched. Then that they'd accidentally posted it by regular mail, but that it would be sent by courier the next day. Then that it was in a shipment to come to the UK one week later. Eventually I was sent a picture of a shipment and a tracking order. A month had elapsed.

I returned home from walking my dog to find the delivery on my doorstep. This cytotoxic, highly poisonous material had leaked and covered my hands as I opened the envelope. The postman must also have been in contact with it. The bottle was in an unmarked shampoo bottle, with a bit of sellotape around the neck. The bottle was 1/3rd full. There were no instructions, no gloves and no pipette - this medicine is akin to human chemotherapy drugs, dosage has to be very clearly regulated and you must not have skin contact with it.

I have since been in contact with the manufacturer who are in contact with the authorities. Wilderstore did not want to know.

If you don't believe me, check out their reviews on the Amazon marketplace. I was desperate when I ordered with them, but not desperate enough to give my dog an unnamed drug from an unmarked bottle. Others are so desperate that wilder store gets away with it.

After 3 months and £400 no product no refund

I am still after almost four months trying to have a refund for over £400. First I was trying to talk to Jose and now talking to Antonio and still no money back no product. They keep saying tomorrow I send you the prove of your refund. So please DO NOT PURCHASE from this company unless you want to waste your money and get stress
