Scam company

Scam company - will not send your order, but will charge you and refuse to follow up your email or refund you

Send email after email to customer service. They always said they would investigate and then did not follow up.

Horrible service

Ordered a product, at no stage was I advised it was out of stock. They took my money though. I sent 3 emails via their website but got response. When I rang 8 business days later I was told there was no stock. I asked for a refund and they refunded the item cost but not the freight cost! Shocking customer service and communication.
