So far so good. My mother likes the young girl she’s been paired with which is always a plus.

Since January 2025, I have had the benefit of using Wildflower Home care 2 days a week. This has prevented my wife and I being housebound as we don’t have a car. The representatives have become friends, they have helped in so many ways, such as the internet, physio appointments and socialising with friends in and outside the Haslemere area. The team have been extremely helpful and allowed us to manage in our flat independently. We are 90 and 86 and the team have kept us in touch with new developments which we did not know anything about.
The team are very friendly and fit in so easily with whatever our schedule might be!

Emma and the girls are so good and truly care.
My mother adores all of them especially Lara who has made a real impression.
Always willing and so thoughtful in there approach to helping others.
Could not imagine them being there now.

When I was told I needed carers I found it to be quite daunting I mean nobody likes strangers coming into their home at all different times of the day and especially being washed, its such a private matter. But I can honestly say they made me feel so comfortable that i felt at ease right from the beginning. Emma and her team are so gentle,helpful,cheerful they do everything they can to make your life easier. . Just as important to me they inform my son daily and I feel ssfe with them. Not all bosses do a shift but this one does and you can see that she loves caring for people her face lights up when she talks about it I would recommend that you look at this company and know that your family member will be safe and cared for.

After months of taking care of my husband for 24 hours a day, Emma and her Wildflower team came into our home and took care of us both. They very soon became part of the family sharing our moments of laughter and sadness. Wildflower made it possible for my husband to remain at home during his illness. It is fair to say that with their kindness and professionalism, they helped to give my husband a peaceful and comfortable passing

Wildflower are incredibly good at what they do and not only do they provide impeccable care support for my Mother they also promote peace of mind and psychological safety!
Communication is key when looking after parents/sons and I always feel looped and communicated with and that my Mother has the best care at all times.
After the initial assessments the care team have really tailored the care package around my Mothers needs and she’s living a much better and safer life because of Wildflower.

Emma at Wildflower took time and care with my parents to find out just what they needed in their home to make life easier. The team of carers were dedicated, caring and professional. They got to know us so well and looked after my Dad's rapidly changing needs all through his last weeks. When Emma and her lovely team turned up, they took care of us all..the practical aspects and the emotional ones, with real care and sensitivity. They were all amazing and we couldn't have got through it without them. If you are thinking of in-home care for someone you love, I would say please choose Wildflower, they were wonderful and went above and beyond to make things easier, every visit.

Emma and her team are amazing. They are able to adapt to provide exactly the right combination of companionship and care for mum, going above and beyond what is expected of them. We are so glad we found them.
