Our trip to Argentine was the best holiday we’ve ever had! All the organisation ran smoothly, our guides were super knowledgeable and friendly and the recommendations from Wild Frontiers gave us some truly unique experiences.

My trip to Vietnam was absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Wild Frontiers proved to be an excellent tour company, offering exceptional itineraries that strike a perfect balance—taking you to Vietnam’s iconic highlights while also guiding you through lesser-known, but equally beautiful, regions that many travelers miss. Their thoughtful approach gave the journey a wonderful sense of depth and discovery.
Our guide was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing the country’s culture and history. We explored everything from vibrant traditions to the darker chapters of Vietnam’s past, and the way these stories were presented added a powerful layer of understanding to the trip.
The itinerary included unforgettable locations like the breathtaking Halong Bay and the charming, lantern-lit streets of Hoi An. Each stop felt unique and meaningful. The accommodations were fantastic as well—comfortable, beautifully maintained, and always in the best locations, making it easy to experience each destination to its fullest.
Overall, this trip was a perfect blend of culture, scenery, comfort, and cuisine. I enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend both Vietnam as a destination and Wild Frontiers as a tour company to anyone seeking an enriching, immersive, and truly memorable travel experience.
My son and I had an eleven day private guided tour of Northern India. All of the logistics were managed by the tour company. A private driver allowed us to add an evening at a five star restaurant, schedule an Anokhi museum tour and visit the Khanoom pottery factory. The company also scheduled a private dinner at a palace in Jaipur with two chefs and members of the royal family. We toured the palace's private museum and learned about the extensive history of India. That was a fantastic experience. We visited all of the major sites in the areas. The Taj Mahal is amazing. On our last day, we had an extend layover in Dehli and were able to schedule a several hour excursion to Aerocity. The trip and service were excellent.
We love India, and our recent Wild Frontiers South India Odyssey trip was a real adventure. From the temples of Tamil Nadu to the Kerela Backwaters plus Kabini National Park, Cochin, Mysore, not to mention an iconic overnight Indian Railway journey, our tour leader ensured everything ran smoothly and his added extras provided some spice, talking of which, the food was excellent too.

I travelled with WF on the Hindu Kush Adventure in 2018, it was awe inspiring and I knew I had to return to see more of this wonderful country. I’ve just returned from the WF Southern Pakistan: Journey through the Indus Valley and it was everything I’d hoped for. The combination of ancient sites especially Mohenjodaro, Sufi shrines and music, Mughal sites, remnants of the British time in this area and the fabulous city of Lahore were wonderful. We even saw some rare Indus river dolphins. I had the same guide Sala for both trips, he is exceptional. Its worth mentioning that because of the security situation and FCDO advice you will need to purchase specific travel insurance, WF office gave guidance on this and it was straightforward. For the same reason we had police escort for several days on the journey, we never felt in any danger at all and we were well looked after. This did mean that on arrival at some hotels we were told we wouldn’t be able to leave to wander around the towns, but after a long days travel this didn’t worry me. Be prepared for long drives, but the frequent stops at fascinating places, Salas explanations on a wide variety of topics and the wonderful landscapes made the journeys really interesting. The other thing to be aware of is that the food is delicious, spicier than in the north with lots of meat though veggie options too - its provided in large amounts for lunch and dinner, so I think I have put on weight! The people of Pakistan are so friendly and welcoming and as tourists are relatively uncommon we became a source of interest - I have never had so many selfie requests! If you’re nervous about travelling to Pakistan don’t be- WF are experts, you will be so well looked after and you will have an amazing time in a wonderful country.

The tour through Uzbekistan and the Fan mountains of Tajikistan was well planned, the pace of the travel was brisk as we had a lot of ground to cover without being too fast. You got to see everything important without missing anything. The tour leader Jemima management skills made hotel check in, venue check in and overland border crossings a breeze. A great way to see amazing scenery and history.

Fantastic trip to Rajasthan with Wild Frontiers - our first ever small group experience.
Our guide was very good - he was knowledgeable, friendly, calm, helpful and had a great sense of humour. All essential for a tour guide leading a mixed group of people.
The tour was fascinating and informative - not our first trip to India but definitely packed with interesting sights, sounds, smells and destinations. We saw so much and visited a variety of different places offering a wide insight into the varied culture and traditions of an incredible country.
Would definitely travel with Wild Frontiers again - all pre-trip admin and assistance was great and support available when/if needed. Definitely 5 stars all round!

This was our second trip with Wild Frontiers and it was another great adventure, the highlight being wild camping in the Empty Quarter. We had a very affable and capable guide throughout the trip, and the group worked out very well, making the trip very memorable.
Looking forward to the next one.

We explored a variety of options for a tour operator to Egypt - a long held travel goal. There are many from which to choose. What ultimately decided me and the rest of our small group (8 in total) was the effort Kenny of Wild Frontiers made to tailor the trip to our interests and the how and when of where to go. We did not want a Nile cruise so travelled by air and road. Our guide, Amr, was outstanding and our hotel accommodation was perfect. We hope to get to Vietnam and other Southeast Asia countries next year and look forward to working with Wild Frontiers to plan that adventure.

I have been on loads of group holidays. I was so impressed with Wild Frontiers I have booked to go on the 5 Stan’s. The quality of food, accommodation, tour guides and variety far surpassed my expectations . They were brilliant.

Having been on many small group holidays this was my first with Wild Frontiers. Our group was only nine people from the UK, USA and Canada with a young but knowledgeable guide. The trip was varied including towns, mountains, castles, churches, archaeological sites and coastline and revealed the history of Albania through the centuries. We also experienced rides in a cable car and boats as well as a wide range of local foods.

I travelled to Colombia with Wild Frontiers. All the info before the trip was really useful. Our guide Alex was fantastic. We met local people, visited fabulous places, especially Cartegema and Medellin, visited museums, art, coffee plantation, orchid farm and an indigenous community. Marvellous

I travelled to Algeria with Wild Frontiers in October 2025. It was on "my list" for many years and it was worth the wait. Crossroads of the Maghreb was a fascinating and varied tour, giving a real flavour of the country and its friendly welcoming people. It was yet another excellent trip from a company that really knows its stuff.

Wild Frontiers always use locally owned hotels etc and I have found these so much more pleasant than the anonymous Global behemoths. Their tours have taken me to places I could only dream of as a child and over the years I have never ever had a bad experience with them.

We recently went to Algeria with Wild Frontiers (Crossroads of the Mahgreb) and it was a cultural and historic delight. It ticked all the boxes for the road less travelled and despite friends trying to put me off going, it was an absolute delight. Our guide, M’hamed was passionate about his history and culture and enthralled us throughout. It sparked our imagination in so many ways but not least from the warmth of the people we encountered on the way. I highly recommend this trip if you enjoy epic Roman sites (particularly the mosaics) and to understand more about daily way of life amongst Muslim Algerian Tribes. Fascinating and a lesson for us all.

I just returned from a trip to North Peru (Land of the Cloud Warriors). I had a brilliant time, this was my first trip with Wild Frontiers and I was very impressed. Their communication and organisation was excellent. The group size was 11 which was perfect and our tour leader, driver and local guides were all outstanding. We packed a lot into the itinerary and what a fascinating part of the world. I highly recommend both this tour and Wild Frontiers

I am recently returned (October 2025) from a 12 day trip to Algeria with Wild Frontiers and without hesitation I recommend travelling with them. The trip was amazing, absolutely fantastic. Algeria is a fascinating, warm and hospitable country. Travelling with Wild Frontiers on their brilliantly planned and organised itinerary meant there was nothing to worry about apart from enjoying the trip to the maximum. Our guide was top class, a super impressive individual and our driver wonderful, a caring and a highly competent and safe driver. Go to Algeria and do so with Wild Frontiers....you'll love it!!

Turkey: Eastern Borderlands was my fifth trip with Wild Frontiers. It was a fantastic experience- not only the sights/sites, but the excellent guide, Timucin, and the company of the group. I recommend this tour and WF generally. Every trip with them has been well prepared and professionally run. It’s good to be treated as a valued fellow traveller rather than simply a number (as was the case with another company).
