Wow - Wild Splasback were just outstanding in every way, can’t recommend highly enough. It is such a joy to deal with a company that offer excellent customer service from start to finish. We called/emailed a number of other companies for quotes, most couldn’t even be bothered to respond. So when you come across a good company they need praising.

Claire was just exceptional, nothing was too much for her. We had a lot of challenges with our kitchen installation supplier, Claire remained patient, professional and offered sound advice throughout - particularly in our indecisiveness choosing colour 😊. We settled on the Wild Cheek Kiln which looks absolutely stunning and finishes of the kitchen perfectly.

Installation team were excellent too, great communication and professional tidy job. We are VERY happy.

We had an excellent experience when working with Wild Glass to manufacture and install a splashback and up stands. The outcome in our new kitchen is outstanding.

I had shattered the splash back behind my hob that was installed in 2005. With the help of Claire we were able to find the right colour match as well as adding a sparkle coating on the colour. Claire was super responsive to all my queries and we managed to organise the replacement from start to finish in just over 3 weeks including the survey and templating. The team that came to the house were very professional.
All in all a great company to work with.

A very professional outfit, the process was ultra clear with significant and detailed e-mails from Claire (although a little scary with penalties for failing in our preparations or missing an appointment). The survey was very informative and Chris was helpful but if you decide not to continue there’s a sizeable cost for the survey, to be fair you know this beforehand. The fitting was a breeze and because of the survey I knew what I needed to do to prepare. The final product is very classy and although expensive it looks amazing. A final point is that after fitting the glass the sockets needed longer electrical screws, it’d be helpful if they carried these as I needed to buy a bag of 100 screws to use only 6. Overall an excellent service.

Dealing with the firm's customer service specialist, its surveyor and installers was delightful. All were highly professional, polite and friendly and the end result was a perfect splashback in our refurbished cloakroom.

What a great company to deal with. Claire answered all emails extremely quickly. Measuring and production of our Splashback was done in less than two weeks and to a price that bettered all our other quotes. The installation was completed without fuss or drama. We love our Antique glass Splashback
