I love the product. Love the customer service and prompt response time from the team to answer any questions and concerns. I only wish that the gluten free options were a bit less expensive as I prefer them due to some occasional gluten issues. Recommending to all of my friends and family.

Wildgrain has the best products and customer service. I have had a recurring order for years and have never been disappointed. The flavored biscuits are a favorite along with the garlic & rosemary loaves of sour dough bread. Recently tried the chocolate croissants - love them.
Everything has such great flavor.

I kept seeing ads that made my mouth water, so I decided to try a box. After reviewing the website and looking at the cost, I thought I’d try a box as a treat. OMG! Everything I got was absolutely delicious. My spouse and I went through almost everything in two weeks time. The directions (oven temp and cooking time) for each item have been spot on! I’ve since ordered additional boxes. There was a delivery issue with the last one — delivery service delayed by a day. When I contacted Wildgrain’s customer service, I received a prompt response with 3 options on how to rectify the situation…to my satisfaction. They gave me clear instructions to discard certain items that arrived warm (or room temperature) and advised which ones were okay to keep. I have been absolutely impressed — these croissants…whether plain, multigrain, almond or chocolate…are soooooo good!

I am a 78 year old retired special education teacher and principal. I am slap a terrific cook. I LOVE fresh bread to eat with my cooking but arthritis has stopped me baking anymore. At first the cost of your 6 item box was just too much on my budget plus I can’t eat all of it I ended up giving 1/2 my orders to my neighbors and still have some loaves left when my new order came. I notified I was cancelling and Marianne told me I could order a Smaller box of 4 and the cost was 15 dollars less plus I could do it every two months which is manageable for me. I am very happy to have tasty bread with my good cooked meals with a timetable and cost I can manage. Thank you so much for meeting my needs! Just made my last loaf before new order, Rosemary sourdough and had it with my shrimp stuffed pasta shells. Very happy. 🩷

The products are very good , and the customer service is Great!. I was also surprised at the taste of the pasta products, and the donuts were yummy!

As a first time user, I accidentally ordered 2 boxes at the same time. Their team caught my double order and proactively reached out to ensure I truly wanted 2 orders. I’ve since watched their video ( which I initially skipped over) and the process is incredibly straight forward. They have wonderful customer service!

Great product and experience!

I've been getting a box from Wildgrain for the past six months. This most recent month, I ordered something that was out of stock. They made a substitution which I really wasn't interested in so I went to change that to something I wanted. However, I ended up creating a second order. The company, instead of filling both orders and charging me for them, suspected that I had made a mistake and reached out to confirm if I truly wanted both of them. They worked with me to remove the second order and I got what I was looking for. I'll definitely keep this subscription going for now.

Andrew help with a potential problem and noticed a duplicate account. He ask questions and corrected the problem immediately. Best service ever.

Ordered a box without the discount being applied. I called and a nice lady listened to my situation and worked out a solution by given me a credit towards my next order in the amount of the discount. Thanks again.

Customer service is awesome! Everything we’ve tried from breads, biscuits, cookies, pizza, pasta and sauce, and more, all have been both delicious and easy to prepare. Love this service!

Great-tasting food (like having a Brooklyn bakery in your kitchen), and exceptional customer service. What's not to like?

My family loves Wildgrain! The bread is delicious and healthy, and could hardly be easier to prepare - from the freezer to the oven to our table.

Additionally, the monthly orders are easy to modify or delay when necessary, something I greatly apreciate.

Everything I've tried from my first Gluten Free box has been EXCELLENT! I thought I would never have tortellini again in my life. Since my favorite foods have always been of the type "dumpling," this is a game-changer!

I have a bad case of IBS.
Several years ago, under the advice of my GI doc, went on the Low FODMAP elimination diet to figure out what was going on. One of things I did was to stop eating gluten products. Since that time, I have been on a constant search for gluten free (and vegan) foods that actually taste like what they're supposedly replacing. Using hit and miss methods, I found some over the counter bread substitutes that were okay.

Then, a couple of weeks ago, my wife placed an order for a variety pack. I was amazed how good everything has tasted so far. We had a cooking glitch with the brioche, but customer service helped us out quickly and courteously!

I love Wildgrains. They are real people who actually communicate with you and listen to your feedback! Wow! How novel! Right?

Their Croissants and donuts are incredible!!!! I also love love their ham and cheese croissants and brioche buns!!!

It’s also so convenient because everything is frozen so you just bake and serve!!!

Excellent company with an amazing customer service team! It’s impossible to find gluten free bread that doesn’t taste like rubber or is extremely small and flat. I have never had the ability to find gluten free bread to bake that’s exactly like any other baked bread. Wild Grain is a great company with amazing products!
