THE BEST SERVICE!
I have never had service this exceptional before. There was a small issue with my order (an ink pad pretty much exploded in transit - not at all the store’s fault, most likely a manufacturing issue - it was one ink pad out of a bunch) and Mel has gone over and above to make sure the issue was sorted out. I will be (and have already started to) telling my crafty friends about Mel’s store. The packaging is so cute and environmentally friendly too.
