Absolutely impressed and charmed by this small business. Nia sends out thoughtful, personally written emails regularly about relationship topics. The weekend that she wrote about the romantic gesture of making fresh banana bread for her partner-and then included a recipe-was so unexpected for the type of products her site sells that I actually responded to the email with a note about how touched I was by the way she runs her business.
My relationship had ended before I received the product that I had ordered and I had reached out to her a month prior about returning the item. I told her that I later chose to keep the item due to the impression her emails had made on me - and out of a hope that I could win the girl back. She wrote back to me personally within an hour with a very sweet, uplifting, and encouraging message.
If you're deciding between similar products at different sites, I 1,000% recommend choosing this one! Nia is the perfect example of why to choose a small business.

Daily wear for my girl
The lockable slip chain is a good quality item... it's usable (not just for decoration) and my girl LOVES it because it looks good too. Being lockable, she can't take it off... unless she asks nicely and she's been a very good girl (and she can brat with the best of them!) She's happy, so I am happy ;)

Great product but long, lazy delivery
My wife seems to really enjoy the Breathless Choker Necklace and Heart Slip Chain Necklace, and we're already thinking of was to use them outside the obvious. Already I'm impressed with the design and how sturdy it feels. The Heart Lock Pinch Clamp Set isn't really her thing, but that's on me.
The one thing I wasn't impressed with and kept me from giving 5 stars is the delivery, which is the most unprofessional I've ever seen. When I saw the delivery confirmation email, I checked my porch and mailbox, founding them empty, but noticed what could have been mistaken as a large piece of trash wadded up at the top of my driveway between my vehicle and the front of my home. If you're thinking it was the package, you'd be right. Whomever dropped it off, left it in the least obvious spot that technically meets the term "delivered".
