Thank you, but I don't need a reminder to be honest and positive! The delivery was fine and I am now taking daily alfalfa and lion's mane. I'm aware that it's early days but I'm feeling great. I have become adept at hiding the flavour of the alfalfa but as I swallow it, I just know it's doing me good! I'll certainly come back for more!
