The quality of the pants is great

The quality of the pants is great! The sizing is off and the return process is a bit ridiculous. You’re only given the option of an exchange for the same item. The pants were way to low fitting and going up a size or two didn’t help

Excellent customer service.

This on-line boutique has the best customer service. They always respond quickly when you have questions and they offer free and easy returns. I have purchased a lot from them over the last few years and have zero complaints on their quality of clothing and service.

I’m unhappy with the quality

I’m unhappy with the quality, and the sizing. But I mostly unhappy with the return process. It wouldn’t be a big deal for the clothes not to be what I expected, but the fact I can’t return them for what I paid is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re not going to allow full refund, then you best provide quality, and accurately described product.

I made a purchase of $275 on five pairs of jeans… Only two of them fit well enough to keep. The two I did keep I sent through the wash, and they came out looking terrible. They went straight into the donation box.

I went to return the unworn pairs, tag still on- and I was offered half of what I paid for them, or close to 75% of in-store credit.

I think I speak for most people when I say if I don’t like the quality of your product, I DO NOT want in store credit to buy more product from the same store.

Store Credit: If you choose store credit, you receive the full amount you paid for the items with no fees deducted.

Exchanges: Your original 25% off Christmas sale discount carries forward to your exchange order, allowing you to swap for new items at the same value you originally paid.

Refunds: You receive a full refund of the amount paid to your original payment method, minus a small return fee.

The discrepancy you’re seeing is likely because the 25% discount isn't part of the refundable cash total, as it wasn't an out-of-pocket cost.
