I ordered a gille and headlights for my TJ, the grille turned up after i emailed them. I will be pursuing a refund through paypal as the lights never arrived, terrible service stay clear at all costs!

I didn't even want to give 1 star, but I ordered the red & black shark grill for my vehicle paid 200 for it and had it less than 6 months and it started peeling. I wrote the company and they state its due to washing it and sun exposure,what kind of company sells exterior car parts and states something like this to their customers. They weren't even willing to make it right. So buyer beware do not order from this company or this part.

I wish I had read the reviews here before. I ordered on a Friday morning and contacted them Monday night to find out when my order would ship, as soon as I got the “Hello Friend” email I started looking. Long story short, the item finally shipped, arrived and was what I ordered. The issue is it is a name brand item that they resold, I looked up the item and found it directly from the manufacturer for $299, they charged me $499. I am a sucker, buyer beware. I am not sure I would have received it had I not pressed the issue and threatened to request a refund from PayPal and Discover. I did manage to get a $40 credit back for the delay in shipping.

Thank you to everyone that had rated Wildrock. I was just about to order the spare tire jerry can mount for my Jeep. Had it in the card , but just before I opted to pay with PayPal....thought I would research for reviews....so glad I did.
Sorry to all who got scammed but my gratitude to all who posted reviews.

Purchased a hardtop cart for our Jeep Wrangler JK. Received cart. Cart was not matte black finish with matching locking wheels and nylon lock nuts. Cart was gloss black, cheaper locking wheels and bullet nuts. Simple assembly. Parts are different diameters. So they fit loosely. Even after tightening the bullet nuts to the wheels. Holes are drilled incorrectly. So back bar does not support the back of the hardtop. Had to modify the back support bar by drilling new holes. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WILDROCK 4X4. TOTAL BAIT & SWITCH. Fortunately, we can use it. After much modification. Only out $99.99. Stay away from WILDROCK 4X4. Quadratec, Northridge 4x4, Extreme Terrain, Amazon. All sell this version. At different prices. I went cheap. Got what I paid for. No quality control from WILDROCK 4X4.

I purchased a new truck grille and received it in a reasonable time and its was fairly good quality for the price. Only problem is that it was broken when delivered and they haven't responded to any of my emails or FB messages.

Only giving this one star because I have to this company is terrible my boyfriend ordered a bumper in OCTOBER and we still haven’t received anything but they took the money and it’s now December id like to know when my product will arrive

No working phone number. Ordered a month ago and still have not received. Took the money right out of my account without sending the product.

Terrible company to deal with. No promptness at all. Very slow in response and communication. Disappointed to say the least.

Do not order from this place. I should have known after the number was incorrect and the address was bogus. We placed an order and never received confirmation, multiple emails, nothing. This company is a scam. I am now disputing this claim and will have some people look into this company. Shame.

Ordered some mirrors and currently my items has been located at the same for 3 days since it was supposed to be delivered. Now looking at other reviews I can see this isn't a 1 time thing avoid here no matter what.

Update: Finally arrived after contacting the "company" although broken since they can't package anything to save their own live or "Business" for that matter. Trying to get to a refund now, maybe this review will go up if that actually happens.

Filing complaint with PayPal now. Recommending they cease their partnership with this excuse for a responsible vendor. Caveat emptor There is nothing positive to report here. Will not respond to any requests for order status. You have. Been WARNED.

Is there a -100 to rate with?? DO NOT ever use Wildrock 4x4. My wife ordered some grab handles for me for my wrangler. She ordered them on the 20th of May, the box showed up on the 3rd of June…….. Empty. She had me look not realizing that the empty box was what she had ordered (the company name was not the wildrock 4x4 name) on our ring camera to validate that the package was indeed delivered. It was delivered empty as I stated. After doing more research the information on their page is not complete. Neither of us knew this before. After reading reviews today on them we are horrified. DONT order from them. We are disputing the charge. I will also be posting this on every site I can. There is no way to actually contact customer service. They don’t respond. The name on the building in the picture that matches the address for the location listed on the shipping address doesn’t even match the name listed on the shipping label nor is it wildrock 4x4. The “positive” reviews of this company are obviously not from real interaction with this “company”. So pissed and anymore in this day in age who only uses email as a way to communicate. And 1-2 business days???? Unacceptable. That’s not how you do business.

Wish I had seen this prior to ordering from them! Ordered a bumper received it, but the lights that were suppose to come with it did not!

I tried 3 different numbers and finally received an answer from an Asian woman who told me my order # was wrong and then proceeded to hang up on me! I am disputing my Cc With this company.

scam!!, phone numbers to reach don't work and address in china. make believe site. Dont buy! Offroadrock is also another one of their sites.
