She took the money and never delivered…

She took the money and never delivered the website. 10.000 Dollars for a logo. That is all that I got.

The contact in the beginning was friendly and nice. Then turned distanced and cold.

I am sorry to see the other reviews talking similiar experiences. I gonna let the lawyer do the rest.

Best wishes to all.

Just like everyone else

Just like everyone else, I had a horrendous experience with Kelsey. Initial contact with her was quick and good before sending any money over.

They missed a deliverable deadline twice in a row and then I had to contact my credit card company who resolved the issue by getting me my money back. It's literally fraud. I received no deliverables after 2 months.

The worst part about Kelsey is that she is supposed to be catering to spiritual and ethical based businesses.. yet does't embody any of those principles herself.

Just a note- I found another design company afterwards who were flawless and delivered before deadlines.. it can seem hopeless after an experience like this but good brands are out there.

Takes money but does not deliver

As with all the others on this page - I’m in the same boat.

Booked branding, design, website with Kelsey on the 30th of December 2021 - we are nearly in August and it’s not finished.

There have been times that she has gone days without replying.

As a small business owner, paying someone thousands of dollars and not getting a reply or the work done is scary.

It’s really upset with the way Kelsey has treated me and hope she can remedy this soon.

Complete radio silence in Spring 2021

I have had the same issues in 2021 as other reviewers.

There has been complete radio silence for the past 30 days.

What initially started as a typical project with good engagement has fallen off a cliff.

Wild Side Design Co. Web Design Experience

I contracted with Wild Side Design, Co. (Wild Side Designs, LLC) in late 2020/early 2021 for web design and branding services. Initially, communication started well be progressively became worse and radio silence since last communicating with the company owner, Kelsey Specter in April 2021. Though deadlines were assigned in Asana, the project management software the Company uses, mostly all deliverables were late – the most egregious offense was no communication from the Wild Side Design team for over 20 days despite numerous email attempts and follow-ups in Asana.
When this was brought to the Wild Side team’s attention, I was offered a “remedy” to the situation of a 1.92% adjustment on the final billing. When asked for further clarity on this, Kelsey explained that this was a “rebooking fee” they offered to clients. I explained that this “rebooking fee” is not applicable to my situation as I remained communicative and per the contract terms, the rebooking fee is for clients who do not provide materials, timely payment or communicate with the Wild Side team in a timely manner.
As of the writing of this review, I have paid the 4-figure non-refundable deposit and have not received the final logo, collateral materials, or branding images – I have not heard anything back from Kelsey and her team since April 2021.
