AVOID AVOID AVOID !

AVOID AVOID AVOID !! I placed a same day order for collection, they charged my card and in the last minute they sent an email simply stating that my order has been cancelled, with no reason whatsoever! When I phoned them they pretended they do not know about the order and that they will get back to me. They didn't bother calling me back nor did they bother replying to their several emails which I have sent. Now I am left to wait days for my card to be refunded, and as I am not in a good financial situation, I do not have other available balance at the moment to purchase another bouquet. Shameful way of doing business. I will be notifying trading standards. Also their web-site is pretending to offer click & collect however they charge £20 for delivery. They are scammers ! Do not order from these people !!!!
