I have been trying to withdraw winnings 2000$ for awhile. I sent in every document they requested which was a lot. To finally get verified and approved.
Then they tell me it’s being verified by finance team and then declined. Reason unknown.
Now they want a Skype call to verify again ID. I don’t have Skype and don’t want to pay to get it.
They will confiscate my winnings in 2 weeks. Such a gimmick.
I advise anyone to not use this casino as they don’t seem to want to payout

This is a totally outrageous the time it takes to get your money, the lies, the uploads...you can deposit no problem at all.
I have been trying to get my money out for approx 2 months now and still get rejected, this time is a technical inconvenience being passed on to the finance department...last time bank details, time before bank details time before bank details time before documents and so on...giving a 1 star rating is to high for this mob of w@#$kers.

I got an online offer from this casino, %100 bonus for first deposit and 100 free spins, after having to play $600 to meet their wager requirements i actually had $130 in winnings that i could claim......verification was a nightmare, but after a few hours got all my docos verified.
Withdrew my $130 winnings and 3 hours later got emailed saying twas not able to be paid to my card as my bank declined it, rang bank, they daid theres no issues!
Hours of back and forth with the casino support saying the only option was to use another withdrawal method, but first i had to depisit more miney to activate said medium!!!
So they take money from my card but wint pay to it, even though it states they will!
Their advise to get my $130 is to deposit more, bank transfere is a five hundred minimum cashout, so add 370 and then withdraw it...... lol!
I cant get 130 back and they advise me to top it up to 500!!!!
Not gunna hold my breath on this i don't recommend anyone risks their money here, its slim chances of winning when gambling as it is, let aline being run around by them when it comes to payouts!

Extremely bad experience with this casino. Won a bit and tried to withdraw, I was fully verified, but I got asked for providing extra documents. And thats the start of the nightmare. "finance team" keeps requesting more and more documents including ALL my transactions for my online banking for the past month(over 20 pages). I uploaded all documents that are required guess what? My withdrawal got cancelled and my account got blocked for no reason. Then I received an email asking me to do "extended verification" through skype call. Have played in at least 30+ online casinos, and its my first time hear about this weird method to verify. And I had to wait few hours for the call because according to their terms if im not able to pick up the vedio call, mywinnings will be confiscated and my account will be close permanently. Then of course im scared of losing my winnings and my deposits, I verified myself on skype(the process is very painful i have to show my personal ID and my credit card into the camera, meanwhile answering 50+ questions which took me 45 minutes. Finally I was able to withdraw my winnings, thanksfully I got part of my winnings.(my bad for losing half of the winnings during this painful verification stalling strategy). After that I received an email that I was offered 100 freespins, I accepted the offer, then I was told that I had a duplicated account(the "duplicated" account belongs to my wife which has my wifes name, her birthday, her phone number, her credit card info and of course she lives at the same address with me). Explained this to their customer support at least 5 times, got the same answer. So guys, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO!!!!!! THEY ARE USING EVERTHING THEY CAN TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING YOUR DESERVED WINNINGS.

After the deposit they make you win, but they don't make you withdraw, I tried everything but the support doesn't respond, I started playing again and they made me lose everything. the Games are all rigged, cheated, edited, it's a nice and good SCAM! Stay away!

Im only giving 1 star because there is no 0 star option. True they have alot of games but being from the USA i can only play maybe 1/3 of them. And to that i couldnt hit a free spins or bonus play at all. So i will not be playing here again.
