10/10 .Thanks to Sam for making this purchase an enjoyable experience.

I would give this company and their product 10/10.
Sam was so very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
Dan and Liam who delivered the hot tub on behalf of Wild Water were helpful. The only negative is that we have to dispose of the packaging and cardboard.
We are looking forward to using our tub of the first time this weekend.

Very disappointing customer support.

Customer service is 5-star – until the moment of payment, after which it effectively disappears. I requested and received professional advice regarding the simultaneous use of the hot tub heater and a heat pump, because the heat pump is not capable of producing water hotter than 37°C when the outside temperature is below 5°C. The recommendation I was given later proved to be unworkable: the heat pump reports a D1 “no water flow” error with the configured setup. The only response from support was a short message saying “we don’t have a solution for this”, and since then they have not responded either on WhatsApp or on their own Trustindex page. This mistake has cost me £1,500, because if I had known this in advance, I would not have purchased the heat pump.

One of the LEDs on the tub is not working, but a more serious issue is that instead of the Mr Silence heat pump I purchased, a Poolex unit was delivered without any prior notice or explanation. I do not know how the warranty will be handled in this case.

I would recommend that others consider choosing a different supplier, as this level of support is well below acceptable standards.

First and foremost, we apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused here. That is not the level of experience we aim to deliver.

To clarify the situation transparently, we did advise at the outset that running both the air source heat pump and the internal heater simultaneously is not recommended, as it can lead to operational conflicts. You had asked us to proceed on that basis regardless, and we supported your request accordingly.

In addition, we actually upgraded your system from a Mr Silence unit to a Poolex air source heat pump at no extra cost. This was done in good faith, as the Poolex is a stronger and more suitable option for your overall setup.

That said, we fully acknowledge the issues you have experienced, particularly around the D1 flow error and the communication gaps. That is on us to improve.

From here, we are more than happy to work with you to find a practical and fair solution. This could include reviewing the system configuration with you step by step, resolving the LED issue, and clarifying warranty coverage so you have full confidence moving forward.

Could not have made a worse decision to…

Could not have made a worse decision to buy a Thermals spa from these people. Have been never ending trouble since it arrived - literally from the moment the truck arrived. Not the size advertised, constant faults, leaks, poor workmanship and the worst warranty and customer service I have ever experienced. How about 11.30 pm for a warranty visit! Not convenient - well tough. 2 years on this hot tub is still causing issues but the email spam trying to get you to pay more and more never ceases. Stay away - you have been warned.

Great Service

Sam at wild water spas has been so helpful throughout this whole process. I have had no experience with buying a hot tub but Sam advised me of the options and what he felt would suit my needs the best. He also was very helpful with the potential issue of getting the hot tub into the garden and reassured me they would do all they could to get it in. The hot tub was fitted today and the delivery men did just that and gave a great demo of the set up. The whole process from start to finish has been great service, i would highly recommend this company.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Absolutely diabolical installation, no end of problems with the unit and appalling customer service and despite several visits by their 'engineers' could not fix the unit and is still not functioning after 12 months! PLEASE read the negative reviews as they are ALL valid and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. According to companies house, Wild Water Spas is a dissolved company which should tell you everything. Their response was that I refused their 'professional' help but in truth, it was simply a lack of faith after so many repeated attempts to fix the issues, it was simpler to employ a local expert.

We strongly dispute this review as it does not accurately reflect the facts.

From the outset, we made multiple visits and invested significant time attempting to diagnose and resolve the reported issues. Throughout this period, our team continued to offer support and practical solutions, despite you, the customer, using language that was unprofessional and, at times, inappropriate towards our staff. Even so, we maintained a professional approach and remained committed to assisting.

It is incorrect to state that we refused to help or that the unit was abandoned. Our support was declined, and access was restricted once you decided to involve a third party. We were clear that we were willing to continue working towards a resolution, and that position remains unchanged should you allow us to do so.

Regarding the Companies House reference, this is incorrect. The trading business and operational support remain fully active, and customers continue to receive service and assistance as normal.

We take feedback seriously and always aim to resolve issues collaboratively. Our door remains open to provide further support constructively and respectfully.

Wow! A very helpful and professional company

From the moment I first contacted Wild Water Spas I was helped with my purchase and even the lads who delivered and installed my hot tub were amazing. All were very friendly, knowledgeable and confident in what they were doing. This put my mind at ease.
I had one to one service so I was always in the loop from ordering to delivery and even a follow up call to ensure I was happy.
When I ordered my hot tub and chose the pump… I got a call to suggest an upgrade because the size of the tub really needed a 5kg pump. However when it was delivered because they didn’t have a 5kg in stock… they sent a 10kg pump… which is a serious upgrade for free.
I very highly recommend this company
If you want to buy with support and ease.
