Over priced for terrible customer service
I purchased Wiley X prescription safety glasses over Australian$900
I took 3 months to arrive as they where assembled in America.
The 3 month they got scratched and the rubber nose pierces started breaking off
I then contacted Wiley X Australia to let them know about the issues.
They ask me to send the glasses back to them other wise they can not help me, As they are prescriptions, I could not do that. As I needed it gor work safety and driving.
I find this really bad customer service, as I paid top doller expecting good customer service!
Never buying anything from Wiley X again!
