Click and Collect order

We did a Click and Collect order. Numerous items we ordered was unavailable and one item was missing altogether, although I'm sure I've payed for it. 1 item was badly damaged and had to be swapped and in the confusion we didn't realise our 3 for £10 compost deal we only received 2😡 Since this review was uploaded I've been contacted by customer services and a satisfactory outcome is now done. Was frustrating but swift response and acknowledgement of short comings will improve shopping in the future.

I didn't have a problem with picking up…

All ok after all. I ordered a cat's grass set but the grass sachet was missing from the box. But those in customer relations immediately fixed the problem.

Ordered Garden Recliner which got lost…

Ordered Garden Recliner which got lost in Evris delivery apparently! Emailed Wilko at least 7 or 8 times! Promised a refund! Still waiting 3wks later! Had no response since! No direct telephone number to contact just an online automated chat which has got me nowhere! Would steer clear of this Company

Total shambles ..

Total shambles ..firstly they leave my goods in back garden where they got soaked by the weather then I find it's in two different colors and now still waiting for a genuine answer as to what's going on as all I get is email after email saying please give us 48 hours ...it's been two weeks ...no wonder wilko stores went under.

This is not the WILKO

This is not the WILKO, we used to shop in… its an Ai automated service.
No customer care, no help, no human voice.. just a cold robust AI system that wants your money!!!
The service I received in unforgivable !!!

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered an item, got a delivery date, and it never showed up. No phone number, just a website form. Every time I chased it, I got the same AI reply telling me to wait 48 hours, over and over with no real help. Avoid this company. I only got my money back by opening a case with PayPal.

Oddly rude staff.

Oddly rude staff.
Spent £28 on a pair of kitchen pans at their Plymouth store, handed over the money to a strangely sullen-faced member of staff, and waited for the normal obligatory "Thank you" that I always thought was a standard part of nearly every face-to-face transaction between civilised people.

It never came. Not even when she handed my change with the same sullen expression and silence.

I find it odd because even a five-year-old child can make a better job of normal civility and say "Thank you" at the completion of a transaction, yet here we had a fully grown adult employee who could not manage it.

Nobody expects staff to fawn over customers but who would have thought basic, normal, good manners were not required from people they pay to deal with the public on a daily basis?

AVOID

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order. Received confirmation and now nothing. No number to call no response to emails and no item or refund. Con artists. AVOID at all costs. I’ll be reporting to trading standards and taking legal action for me money back

Be prepared for a long wait to collect your items!
The lady at customer services was incredibly helpful and polite, however, she had to tannoy on numerous occasions before anyone came to get my items. The comment from other customers that were waiting was that staff just ignore the calls for assistance.

Ordered a 7 seater garden set

Ordered a 7 seater garden set, delivery was made but missing one box, I confirmed this with the transport company who admitted they had lost it, I contacted wilko online on the day of delivery to report the missing box, this was on 8th of April 2026, today is 18th of may 2026 and issue is still not resolved, they now say that they cannot supply the missing box and the box we have has to be returned before a refund is made, I have had to take 2 separate day's off work to wait for them to collect but keep getting let down, absolutely terrible service, I would recommend never buying from them. Terrible customer service.

Simple and quick

Simple and quick to order. Collection was a breeze. Collected, loaded and on the way home again, in a matter of minutes.
Would definitely use the service again.

Ordered black knife set in wooden block, and collected a silver knife magnetic set 🤦🏼‍♀️ not the same whatsoever and struggled to return as she couldn’t find the order with them not being matching products what a FAF!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Terrible service every answer (when not Ai) is a 48 hours before they can update. Never delivered our garden furniture when was due, then told us it wasn’t due until the next week but we were never updated on our account. Gave them another opportunity to deliver on the day they said but after many messages they said it wasn’t coming and then deleted our chat and went back to Ai to say a refund would be processed but guess what, takes 48 hours to sort. Laughable company think the Range should distance themselves quickly and just stop it as obviously doesn’t work as a business unless irritating and disappointing people it the aim.
