From our initial enquiry to 4 months later moving everything out, Will Store have been outstanding. Olivia and Ian have been helpful, friendly and reassuring. Moving house contents in and then needing more space on the day, additional storage being found for us and nothing being too much trouble. Units are dry, clean and safe and accessible. Would definitely recommend Will Store and use them again if we ever needed to. Thank you.

We stored our sofas, furniture and most of our house contents here for almost a year. Everything was clean, dry, no smells and in the same condition which we stored it, so we were very pleased. It is a friendly family run business, very helpful and professional. Safe and secure. We would highly recommend.
Also good level access with lift to upper level , level parking near unit entrance and plenty of wheeled trolleys to help customers move their belongings.

Olivia was a superstar, helping to solve our storage problem last minute!! Really easy to use and the site itself is always clean and tidy pluss the extra carts and cages there were a god send moving everything about!

Needed to use Will Store to temporarily store a shed full of belongings during a house move and whilst a new shed was built. However, due to complications (with the new shed), this ended up being a longer term storage solution than initially intended. Will Store were extremely accommodating throughout.

Very reasonably priced and with fantastic access hours. Having enquired with other storage units, I found competitors to have less-favourable access hours and to be slightly more expensive. Any changes to access hours are always well communicated in advance with reminders sent closer to the time.

If I need to use a storage facility again in the future, I will go straight to Will Store.

Friendly helpful staff so accommodating

We needed space to leave items whilst we were refurbishing house & garage. We looked at a couple of places prior to choosing Will Store. The team were very helpful in terms of showing us around the site & explaining how to access the property, use the lift etc). There are a range of different sized rooms so they should be able to cater to most storage needs.

We were impressed with the security (electric gates to site & electric gates to the store & padlocks to storage room) as well as the cleanliness of the site/storage rooms.

Communication has always been excellent & pricing reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again should we need storage & would recommend them highly.
