I ordered a rototiller I have yet to received it and here it is February 13, 2024 I've emailed the company several times they kept telling me it's on its way they kept spinning me until the timer ran out. I did not know you only have 3 months to dispute it off your credit card but they kept telling me it was in customs

Total scam! Do not buy anything from them. I contacted the manufacturer of the item I thought I purchased through William Best Tools to find out that they are not an authorized dealer. That they were very aware of them and told me that William Best Tools is a scam.

Scam same issue as all those before me. Nippon express looks legit but it’s just a good scam. Waste of a month waiting on order. Dealing with refund from PayPal now.

This company Williambestool nothing but (pinche ratas). Ordered an air compressor it took one month to get to NYC after traveling all over the world. Arrived at the port on October 2, since then all I've been hearing from them is all this cdt (caca de toro) they are still unloading the vessel I guess they got only one (hombre and a pallet jack) doing it. Now they are not answering. Calling PayPal to get a refund. All this happened to me for not reading the reviews first. Arrrggghhh.

Oversea contact with Malaysia address- they asked to wire bank information for payment. Likely a scam as well and I will not buy from them either.

Sometime in 2020, I ordered a zero turn mower from these scumbags and like others on here, they deliberately mislead me with tracking numbers and bullsh*t updates.
Like some of you, it was stuck in Customs in NY. Thank goodness I paid through Paypal. They resolved the issue and refunded me.
Krakatoa is not far from them. I hope it blows its stack and wipes these parasites out!

Never received my $1100 order. No response from the company or the shipping company.

DO NOT ORDER. I wish I had thought to check reviews before I purchased. Same scam as all the rest. Started my refund process through PayPal. Looks like they were able to block it the once, but they must have changed the name on the account to get around PayPal security. Disgusting people need to get a real job and stop praying on other people. I wish I could talk to you a-holes in the flesh.

If I had a choice I would give zero star this place is a total scam they are total cheaters they cheated me their phone numbers is not legitimate they do not answer my email I've been dealing with them for 3 months I finally gave up I lost my money.

It been almost a month we wait for our refund now they are not answering and the beginning they gave the same massages we will fallow the review next time we still send email then let see a long is going to take it to get our refund

All these reviews are exactly what I’m experiencing. Craftsman toolbox ordered. Shipper all over the world. For real. NewYork and nothing. No answer to emails or phone. I will let you know if PayPal is still for the consumer.

This website is a scam. The impostors are turbine head goat chasers.

This place is a total scam. Mower was ordered was late coming to the port in NYC and then never moved from there. Company wouldn't return my e-mail couldn't call them in Indonesia. I was lucky paid for it thru PayPal turned in a compliment and after 3 weeks PayPal refunded my money.

This site is a SCAM! They make you pay by PayPal then delay shipment until the PayPal guarantee runs out! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!
